They will not accurately describe the parts they are selling you. The description of item #1 was a dash for my exact truck (2015 GMC 2500). Received confirmation from 2 different sources after the fact the dash was from a GMC 1500. 2.) item #2 listed was a passenger air bag again listed for my exact Truck. Comment field was perfect place to document the air bag was to replace the one in the dash which was incorrect for my application. 1500 air bags are different than 2500. Comments documented for item #2 -"RH Dash" 3.)The parts were shipped from a different location to the Fenix yard in my area. One would think that the receiving yard would have all the information they needed on the transaction. 4.) Terms and conditions should be in writing on every Invoice for items sold. I ordered via phone never once was given the return policy. Terms buried under "Warranty and Terms and Conditions". Picked up parts. Guy says "Not sure why they sent this air bag. Must have sent by mistake. There is an air bag in the dash you don't need this one". He is a Fenix Employee so surely he knows something I don't. Don't count on it, no communication between yards. Made sense it was right there in black and white, the dash came from a 2015 GMC 2500. So I agreed and left the item. Brought it to their attention despite many misleading points on their end they refused to make it right. Tried to contact management but they would not return my call.

Received amazing customer service from gentleman named Lawrence, who quickly got the codes read and explained the details to us including how serious an issue it was and the likelihood it would end us stranded on the road during our trip (fortunate for us he said that was highly unlikely!). He also helped explain that typically the engine light flashing light is for most urgent issues and just light on but not flashing is likely less serious. Not sure if this part is relevant to mention, but as it turns out they were one person short that day but no hesitation to be extremely helpful despite being busy and due to being so knowledgeable and efficient we were on our way in minutes with no delay. We appreciate the high standards here with the in depth level of knowledge, great customer service, and the policy of offering free code reading saving us the stress of worrying about breaking down or the inconvenience of finding a mechanic to check it for us while traveling out of town. Tldr: Don't hesitate to stop into this Advance Auto Parts even for FREE check engine light reading, they will definitely take good care of you!
