The clerks in the store were very rude and made me feel dumb for trying to match without bringing in a sample. I was also told I would have to cut out a fist size portion of my wall and bring it in if they were even going to try and match. I will never go back to this store again. When we arrived at the store, we learned they had just started selling the product, no one had been trained on the product, and they did not carry the product they had confirmed they carried. I understand mistakes happen, but confirming that you have a specific product should be fairly routine and error-prone. They were nice to deal with, but in the end they only offered to "have the product mailed to us" if we still wanted to buy it through them. Not a great experience. At least we got to use the restrooms there before our 80 minute drive home. Ouch!

After several days I received no information from the company regarding the shipment status and tracking details. Upon contacting the company via both email and several phone calls, I was finally able to speak to a representative who stated that the ordered item was "unshippable" (not really a word, but this was the term used by the clerk). Nowhere during the online order process was there any information noting that the item could not be shipped. Upon requesting that the order be cancelled and email confirmation for the cancelled order, the representative claimed that only the manager could provide confirmation of a cancelled order via the email address that was provided with the order. If you are outside of the Evanston, Wyoming area I would avoid this retailer.

They couldn't even come CLOSE to matching the color we needed. See the attached picture. Instead, they gave us a color that turned out table into a pumpkin. In the end, they wouldn't refund or even let us keep the quart of stain we purchased. We ended up eating the entire cost of the project with nothing to show. Did you know you can actually go to Home Depot and they have samples that are spot on? That's what we should've done. Shame on us for thinking Sherwin-Williams could even come close to helping us. If you need overpriced paint supplies, that's fine. Please shop here. But don't ever rely on these amateurs to get a professional job done. Never again.
