But the biggest thing that grade for any company is service; the customer service here has always been friendly and professional. Yesterday, I was parked at the Target parking lot in Jackson, Wy with my windows down for my Husky who came to town with my girlfriends & I. #southparklandscapers were there managing the accumulation of dust & gravel from the winter, blowing it DIRECTLY at parked vehicles, to which I noticed Our vehicle being COVERED in a layer that unnecessarily created a situation I tried to address with Grace... not my forte. Whilst Ryan, wanted "the problem" to go away, he gave me $20 for a wash as I was frantic & wanted to just leave, being so aggravated. Here's the thing, yes, I am Grateful for the car wash, but I did not realize until after we left, the layer of dust that inundated my beautiful Husky as well as the every thing in the interior. My girlfriends & later my husband all commented about Our pooch trying to avoid what was being blown at him & the interior being coated. He called #southparklandscapers to which Ryan rudely told him "I was happy" with the payoff... Ummm, NO! Not happy, just trying to not be inappropriate with my behavior & feel that businesses need to realize how their actions reflect who they are. Today, I called to calmly inquire about the situation & was childishly hung up on.... Here's the thing, I will clean the interior of the truck myself, although I am recovering from a procedure... I am sharing to ask kindly for awareness about the businesses you spend your hard earned money with. We ALL need understanding...yes, businesses need the service however, there is a thing called common sense & courtesy or is that not reasonable? Ryan claimed to be in the middle, his two employees were certainly negligent, knowing they were purposely blowing dirt & gravel at parked vehicles continued down the parking lot doing the same thing when asked to stop at least once by me. "Ryan"...the guy in charge, shame on you for dismissing an opportunity to resolve the frustration just by hearing the concern, knowing it IS your responsibility & writing off the business expense, without trying to defend the poor behavior. But they do have produce and meat we can't seem to find elsewhere in the area. Specifically, for meat, beef heart and a couple of seafood items. For produce, a really great pepper selection (large poblanos, nice serranos) and most definitely fresh okra. We tend to want to buy organic, and Winco doesn't come close, so we are aware that a lot of this stuff is "dirty" - but once in a while when you want to make a particular dish, Winco fulfills the bill.

Poor management or just bad training?…read more The cashiers have minimal training and apparently are unable to identify basic fruits (grapes) and vegetables (cucumbers) correctly, resulting in overcharges on multiple visits. I hope that this is just poor management and not intentional deceptive trade practices. Make sure you check your receipt before you leave to avoid being overcharged and having to make a return trip for a refund. It was a good store but I don't think I can give them another try, they lost a customer.

Overall I had a pleasant time here, we had to make decisions quickly because our kiddo was operating on little sleep, was starving, and had done a big hike for her that day, so we were in and out pretty fast. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place though if you are looking for an affordable place for souvenirs near the Tetons.

This company is proving to be professional, reasonably priced and responsive. We've had a number of items on our to do list for a while and have had trouble getting people who could take care of them. Option One got to them all - with no drama (no reasons why they couldn't do it, or why they couldn't come, or why they didn't show up). Our experience so far? They. Just. Get. It. Done. Right. Jackson needs a company like this. They've got a customer for life if they maintain their current course!
