They provide the best service possible. I do not see one way they could improve on it. They can respond to the problem very quickly, all three times either that day or the next day. They were friendly, professional, conscientious, and considerate in dealing with someone else's home. They resolved the issue and when they were finished, they straightened out the area (the garage) noticeably more than it had been before they started. But he assured it was no bother at all. We set an appointment and he kept it...that says a lot these days. Based on my call with him, he came prepared to either just give the quote I called for or to actually perform the work and I was ready for the work to be done, so he did everything right then and there! He did an amazing job and was really quick! He was also thoughtful with my job, trying to make sure the new lighting would "look right" overall and he took the time to point me to the best lights to finish my job when I'm ready (a DIY job.) I'll definitely have him back out for the next project on the horizon and can leave this review saying "If you are ready to GET SH-TUFF DONE at a reasonable cost, call Josh." This company was hired by our builder to wire our pool equipment! According to the pool…read moreinstallers, they installed the wrong breaker and now are arguing about installing the correct breaker. Customer service is a NEGATIVE 2! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! BEWARE! Now the pool company has advised that because of the labored performance it can cause issues with a new system. Awful!!! Note: it being the wrong breaker was confirmed with another electrician but they refuse to admit that it's wrong!
