I was very well informed by Dr. Ortiz at each visit and he advised me of proper care and best practices to keep me and my then unborn baby on track for a safe and healthy delivery. His staff were always helpful and professional in reaching out to confirm my appointments and when I would go in for my office visits. I was a patient of Dr. Russo's for over 20 years. He had the best nurse practitioners, but they all…read moreleft him. The 2 times I saw him, he had absolutely no bedside manner. I recently had a issue with a cancelation of my appointment after waiting for 5 months. When I got upset about them wanting me to wait until August for another appointment, I received a call from the office manager. Although she did try to accommodate me, all she did was belittle me and try to make me feel subhuman. To add insult to injury, today, I received a letter from his office stating that I was "inappropriate" with his office staff. I asked the doctor to call me to discuss his manager's attitude toward me, before he sent the letter. I still have not heard from him. Do not waste your time with this guy. It's not worth your time and aggravation to deal with people who treat you like crap.
