My husband has been a patient. Great doctor. However when my husband had surgery scheduled and wasn't sure if he should discontinue medication before hand, dr Hussain's staff NEVER called back - and we called the office 3 times. My dad is a patient. He is 94 years old. His GP told my dad to go off of a certain heart medication prescribed by Dr Hussain because of some symptoms my dad is having. I have called twice in the last 2 weeks and have yet to get a call back. Additionally, I have asked the office staff to schedule appointments through me because my dad's memory is so bad and one of his kids needs to go with him to the doctor. They haven't done it yet. And by the way, when you call it doesn't matter if you have been on hold for more than an hour (my typical wait time) waiting for your turn to speak to a live person, if your hold time breaks into their lunch or close of business, they will simply disconnect you.
