Sutter is the worst. They force me to make an appointment for simple things that could be answered in an email forcing me to pay co-pay's. My last visit when I was forced to come in I requested certain routine labs to be performed and I was denied. I cannot wait until open enrollment so I can switch to a PPO and leave this abysmal place behind. read more

I so tired and frustrated with the doctors with Sutter because again today I had an appointment with someone who is just a nurse practitioner and instead of trying to listen to my problems he automatically assumed that I'm just there looking for a quick fix for narcotics. I suffer from severe and debilitating headaches with horrible anxiety, nausea and vomiting and to make it worse I passed out and fell in my bathroom around 10pm last night so my poor husband took me to the ER at Memorial Hospital and once we got there around 12:30am we waited to get triaged. We waited 21/2 freaking hours and still didn't get triaged. So around 2;30am I asked if I could get triaged anytime soon and then I was told that I still have 6 people ahead of me. Being in so much pain and anxious my husband brought me back home and I haven't even slept in close to 30 hours now. I had some hope that this nurse practitioner will atleast try or pretend to give a damn about me and my condition but even after I explained everything to him including the big hematoma on the right side of my head this idiot didn't even do any basic work up to make sure that I didn't suffer anything serious after my fall. I literally just get passed around from one doctor to another without any help. I'm desperate for some help but nobody wants to do anything. I've worked all my life as a nurse and believe in respect, compassion and understanding and unfortunately I'm not getting anything like that. If these wanna be doctors can show some respect, understanding and compassion and try to listen to the patients instead of talking to me with very condescending and rude then they will never make a good and caring doctors or just humans. It's always about how much money they can make and not how to properly treat another person. read more

Sutter Gould is great medical facility! I've been searching for a good primary doctor and I finally found a great female doctor. She was very helpful and kind. The staff was also very nice and helpful. My appointment was in the morning and I didn't have to wait too long for the doctor to see me. read more

I been to this facility twice, once on an emergency basis the other as a walk in for x-rays. Staff has been extremely polite, and helpful. The facility is clean, and I was in and out in no time. I do appreciate the staff and will continue to come here. read more

Why ask your patients to come in 15 minutes early if you are not going to see them until 45 minutes after there appointment time. When I complained to Sunshine she told me that's it his the way hit is any I have to deal with it or find somewhere else to go. read more

The facility is very nice, and the care is also good. Note however that the lab test costs may be higher than Quest Diagnostics and for a long time they didn't have a primary care doctor for adult women. read more

MRI on Saturday was an excellent experience. Courteous staff. I hear they are open Sundays too. Beautiful clean facility.

Had a 1015 appointment they told me to show up 15 minutes early so I did sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes asked the receptionist what was taking so long she said they would call me soon the nurse comes out and says it will be 30 to 49 minutes longer till I get called in not to mention I'll just be sitting in another room waiting another 40 minutes what a joke for an appointment very disappointed read more

This is a good medical office with a lot of services for both adults and children. We come here for our annual checkups. The doctors and staff are really professional and nice. They have a laboratory that's part of the facility so it's very convenient in case you want to get the blood work and other tests done there itself. read more

Please be careful going here. My mother came here because she was having pain. She is a senior citizen and doesn't understand English well. She described to me what happened and I had to write this review. The medical assistant came to give her a "shot" for pain. She said she immediately felt dizzy. The MA told her to stay in the room until she wasn't dizzy anymore. My father was also there but had stepped away to take a phone call. When he returned to the room, my mother was passed out. He called for the MA and she saw my mother and returned with another "shot" and after about a minute, she was awake. She told my parents that my mom had a "reaction" to the pain meds. My mother has had this pain meds for YEARS and never had a reaction. I wasn't comfortable with this reason and pulled up her medical chart on my Sutter online. What did I find? The 2nd shot that was given to her was NARCAN. Narcan is a drug that is given to patients who are overdosing on opiates. So they overdosed my mother and lied about her having a "reaction." I didn't find this out until 10 months after when we were just having a conversation and she told me about her experience. Totally shocked when I pulled up her medical records. Be careful here. Not everyone responds to Narcan and this could have been a death sentence for my mother. read more

Dr Barker has been my Docter for about 6 yrs now and every time I don't fill will and I go into his office whether it be anxiety sickness or whatever it is he's always so sweet I might be sitting there feeling terrible having anxiety and the minute he comes in he's so funny and caring that he take that all away I always walk out with a smile and my anxiety gone thank you Dr. Barker for all your care and concerns and dealing with my emotional self and anxieties you have been the best by far the best doctor I have ever had in my whole entire life thank you read more

I'm here from out of town and I've been sick for 3 days straight so I went to urgent care and thank god they took my insurance! I went to the counter to check in and was greeted by Diana who was just a peach and very kind while checking me in and told me it would be about 90 min but at this point I was ok with that.... Well 15 min later I get called back and greeted by Carlos who again was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. He took all my vitals and then asked me what was up and I told him that only took 10 min. Well about 15 min later the dr walked in and started taking to me about what I was feeling and made me feel pretty secure cuz I'll be honest I was getting scared cuz of the way I'd been feeling for 3 days straight. Had some blood taken and he told me if I started feeling really bad again to come back but everything looked ok from my initial check. They said they would call me with the blood results. It's nice to know that there are still people that care about their jobs and give exceptional customer service when you're feeling so crappy. I recently had to change doctors and I looked into Sutter Gould Medical Foundation. I thought it would be a good place to start since the facility has many doctors working in it. I am giving it 2 stars because of the couple of times I went to Urgent care here, and they were very kind. However, I personally was wanting a doctor to write me off for a referral and I have waited to get in with Doctor Dan Davidson for over 5 months. He has cancelled on me 3 times already, I am so disappointed in these actions of professional doctors who act anything BUT professional. Not only did I wait months after him canceling my appointment to get another one, but he cancelled that one too. I simply just needed a referral to another practitioner and in order to do so I needed to meet with Dr. Davidson which did not happen once in the 5 months. Not only that, but their cancellation policy is ridiculous. You do not call to inform an individual that their appointment has been cancelled THIRTY minutes before their appointment, you have to call in advance so the person can prepare. This has got to be the biggest waste of time and effort I have put in for any sort of medical issue, and I hope that this review is taken into account to make this experience better for others that come or are planning to come to you! read more
