Had new tires put on, and within less than 8mths and only 9k miles gone Adam at Quirk said my tires were bald. My vehicle went in there every 5k miles for oil change and tire rotation, and every time we picked the vehicle up Adam specifically stated EVERYTHING on the vehicle is great!! Well last oil change on 6/3/23 they didn't rotate tires, and said all 4 tire's are absolutely bald and needed to be replaced, and that we've missed 2 oil changes and tire's weren't rotated in 10k miles. Complete BS since we have all the paperwork! Adam was rude when dealing with us, and stated that Good Year tire's are not made well and not made how they should be! Assured us that nothing was wrong with the vehicle, except needing new tires at 12k miles and not even having them for a year. After being a valued customer for 23yrs, we were offered ABSOLUTELY nothing. Well they definitely lost a valued customer! We took the vehicle to VIP and experienced the best service ever! And was told the aliment in the rear wasn't completed and the car wasn't aligned properly. Quirk Ford put new tires on my vehicle, knowing they didn't properly align my vehicle, and every time the vehicle went in for oil change, tune up, ect.. they always told us everything was perfect on the vehicle, that nothing was wrong with the vehicle.. Also to find out from VIP after they inspected everything, my brake fluid was incredibly low and never flushed, along with other fluids. My car literally was just at Quirk Ford the week before for an oil change. I wouldn't recommend Quirk Ford Belfast to anyone, horrible service and Adam is the worst, they lack any form of communication!

When we came out. after shopping the Vehicle didnt want to start. The immediate first impressions were that it was a Starter problem. We called Rons Towing on Camden Street in Rockland. I spoke to Linda the Owner and The Manager James. They Came out within 20 minutes were right there in the Walmart Parking lot. They had mobile diagnostic equipment and it was found that the Starter was not operational.. It took them about 5 minutes and they had the large Vehicle loaded on the Flatbed Car Carrier and heading to their Lot. They even provided a Courtesy shuttle ride back to their place. Me and William my friend went over to burger King to have lunch. They already had a Vehicles in both Mechanic Bays. They were efficient enough that we were in Burger king only about 45 minutes. We walked back over and waited in the front desk/lobby desk of the business and chatted with the owner Linda and James. They were very nice and even offered us Pizza. Their head Mechanic Christopher came Right out and showed us the problem. It was the Copper connection coupling clip harness that was Completely corroded. Within minutes they had it fixed and Gave us first rate quick and Honest professional service. The Mechanic Christopher really knows his work and is a quality Mechanic who gets to the root of a Mechanical problem quickly and very efficiently and above all is honest to customers. Overall My friend and I had a very good experience with the customer service of Rons Towing and would highly recommend them to the Rockland and the surrounding areas for quick as well as quality work and friendly service..
