When I initially called to see whether they could help me with my seat cushion, the young lady was very friendly and professional and helpful in making sure I knew how to get to their location. I decided to take the drive over there and had an opportunity to meet with the owner. He thoroughly explained the process to me and took me into the shop area so i could sample the different foams they carry. He then quoted me a fair and reasonable price. The service was very efficient and expedient. The gentleman who made the new cushion put a lot of effort into making sure I was pleased with the end product. They were all extremely accommodating, and I am happy to report this new cushion made a world of difference in the comfort level of our very worn favorite chair. The cushions for our sectional sofa were done, finished, kaput. They became too soft and uncomfortable. (West Elm sold us a lemon!) We began looking for a new sofa but had trouble finding the right size. Then we thought, lets just replace the foam, since the frame and upholstery were still in good condition. We found Stanley Foam who had the answer to our problem. Lianna was very helpful. She took measurements of the old cushions and then had me select the foam density I wanted. I chose firm. We were also looking to replace the 8 large down pillows that serve as the seat backs. They had replacement pillows as well. The whole process was fast. They take your cushion covers and insert the new cushions for you and it was turned around within 24 hours. They call you to let you know when it's ready. Great customer service and total cost was just a fraction of what we would have spent on a new couch. We love sitting on our couch now. read more

Our sofa had a terrible resemblance of a hammock. It had become so soft and my back was hurting from not being able to sit up straight. It was time for a firm lift and not a replacement. Burt called me back and we found out how exactly the foam wedge should be in terms of firmness and I was given an extraordinary reasonable price. It would be ready the day after. 1/7/2021 went here after a hard Day work to pick up couple of things to my surprise I went to show my ID to show I'm first Respoder before I can hand the Lady my ID she tells out no no no go to front entrance I kept trying to tell her I'm first responder she wouldnt even take one second to see my ID I went to the front entrance and when I finish Shopping to leave out for she can check my receipt I said to her you'll dont honor first responders any more she said yes than I said to her so why you didnt let me show you my ID when I was trying to Enter the store I told her you Embarrassed me in front of other Customers I told her you was yelling at me before I can show you my ID I had it in ny hand you never looked at it you just started getting nasty with me before you can even check My ID I refuse to be treated like this after I put my life on the line every Day I shouldn't be Embarrassed in front of shoppers I felt so Disrespected I just walked away and went to front entrance on line she gonna say next time I let you in this shouldn't happen to nobody I been coming here for a long while I was so upset behind this they need to tell workers to be more kinder and respectful to customers when we spending our hard earn money there ,and when we First Responder we dealing with a lot Already this is not right to get yelled at and be nasty before you can even check My ID Mind you I had my ID in my hand trying to show her I'm first responder she didnt even look at it ,she just said leave out and go down to Entrance of the store it was 2:30 in Afternoon 1/7/2021 I was so upset and Embarrassed both ladies in front of Entrance told me to go out and go to the other Entrance this is wrong on all levels I guess at this store First responders is not recognized I never had no problem before getting in showing my ID unbelievable this need to be Corrected next time I'm gonna report this store to Better Business Bureau read more

I do not recommend doing business with this company. I brought in 2 very expensive couch seats to be re-stuffed , they took out the down casing (which is very expensive )and stuffed it with cheap foam when they should've left the original casing and added foam. (They don't know what they are doing) and they are very rude to customers . I ended up going to a real upholstery place to have it done the right way and ended up costing me hundreds more. Bought some foam for a cushion we are making. They have a wide selection of foam and the staff was really helpful in helping me find a scrap piece, which we cut to the exact size needed! Prices were very reasonable (would have paid triple the cost at a fabric store or online). They also have a large selection of Sunbrella fabric which you can order and seamstress services, if you aren't crafty enough to make your own. Will be back for sure for more home projects down the road. read more

This place is a hidden gem! So glad I found it. I have had them re-do my sectional. It was sagging and very tired looking, and after they were done with it, it looked brand new. Then, they upholstered my dining room chairs and they did an amazing job. And they turned the job around in only 4 days! I learned that the owners worked in the garment district for years and years, so they really know their fabric. JoAnn, one of the owners, helped me select fabric that was durable and easy to clean. (I have kids who lack table manners.) If she doesn't have the fabric, she will order it, or you can COM.
