They only just finished about a month and a half ago and come to find out the lady who did the inventory did not actually make an inventory of any of our things and did the same thing to two other clients there's one of which was a over million dollar house... we did not receive several things back including a shark robot vacuum cleaner, and expensive dog training, bite sleeve, and many specialty Christmas gifts like craft soaps and honeys etc. and even were given two boxes from some other client of theirs that aren't ours in full of some strangers belongings. But the hardest project was the 420 Sq Ft of tile and grout in the kitchen, dining and laundry area of a 15 year old home. My washing machine is on the second floor and malfunctioned causing a leak down through the ceiling into my dining room, and I had damage to my upstairs laundry room and ceiling on the first floor. I used A & I both for water mitigation and repair and I'm so happy I did. They were great in communicating pricing, what to expect, and really everything. I ended up having them replace my popcorn ceiling with a flat ceiling and they really went above and beyond. They made recommendations for different things I could do (I never would have though about replacing my air vents), and when it didn't occur to me to replace the big register they painted it for me to make sure it matched the others. Every last detail of what they were doing was included in the quote, so I never wondered what I was paying for. Every single person I spoke to at A & I and who came to my house was friendly and helpful. They left my house cleaner than they found it, which was not necessary but so appreciated. She also assisted us with information of other services that we needed. These repairs were not covered by any insurance. They took this into account and the charges were very reasonable. We feel very fortunate to have had them here.
