What a truly poor bussiness model. He is trying to rake in every single penny that he can because he is aware that his bussiness is failing. On a separate note, when I quit (happily), he did not pay me nor would he answer any of my messages or calls. I finally went up to the gym to let it be known how unhappy I was. When I arrived my check had been there all along, yet he did not bother to tell me. Stay away from this gym. It's a money trap: if you do not listen to the other reviews or this one, BEWARE you will not be content. I wish I could give a 0 star review.

At that time I was informed only the owner could authorize a cancellation. They could not offer a contact number or a time when he would be in the office. The employee I spoke with said ai would have to submit a form online to cancel. I did this and the submission just comes back to me as undeliverable. I have tried to submit the form several times as well as calling the gym trying to catch the owner there. Frustrated and furious. This is shady business.I've been jumping through their hoops for 3 months and no luck. I'm calling a lawyer or action 9 tomorrow. First, this is a big safety issue for the kid as well as members. There is a kids club where parents can take their kids into while they workout. Why does the staff allow these parents to let their kids follow them around? This is an accident waiting to happen. I observed many elderly people walking the track, as well as working out. One day something is going to happen either to a kid or a member, and there will be a huge lawsuit. I know if it happened to me I would sue. Overall, it seems pretty nice, but on my initial visit (set-up) I didn't stay too long. They have two separate machines and free weight areas, two areas where you can use treadmills or ellipticals, and then the walking track that the woman who showed me around said 16 laps equal a mile. The pool is closed on Tuesday until 9:00 AM and so I stuck to working out on machines for this visit. There wasn't a lot of people there so that is a good thing to me, nothing worse for a gym than an overcrowded gym.

A nice young woman gave me a tour of the facilities and I was able to sign up for a low monthly fee. I couldn't believe what was included; Two huge lap pools, workout equipment, classes I can choose from, spin classes, and a walking track, sauna and a Jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is down at the moment but they are working on it. The locker room and bathrooms were so clean, I was very impressed. I dove in and did my first 14 laps and it felt so good. The whole fitness area was very clean. Can't wait for the next visit.

There is always someone at the front desk, greeting you as you walk in. Knowledgeable and pleasant. The childcare was a crucial part for me, Ms. Larky embraces my children as if they were her own. The cycling class with Cecilia is incredible! The music, her motivation during the class and the insane sweat has helped me so much on my health journey.
