When someone says, ah, we'll take care of you it insinuate that if you pay too much we will refund your money. They don't and they know it!! They should have told me about their no return policy instead. You can return something there however, a person only gets store credit! So I had to pick things out of the Jewelry store that equaled the amount I had spent on the wedding band. That was over $2800 worth of crap I didn't want or need! Like I said, when they have your money, IT'S OVER!! I wouldn't tell an enemy to shop there much less a friend. Not that we wanted to go very fast but faster than 10 miles per hour would have been nice. I called the office back and we went back and the guys looked at the motor. They said nothing was wrong with the boat and that pontoon boats typically go slow and I understand that but NOT THAT slow. If i would have known that I wouldn't have booked this boat. When we returned it was awkward. None of the staff would talk to us. When we left I said thank you and goodbye and then they said thank you. They never said sorry or really tried to make it right with us. On the boat ride we witnessed other pontoon boats flying past us. If it was a busy day on the lake it would have been dangerous going at that slow of a speed.

I was up in the Iowa Great Lakes last Sunday and of course I stopped in at The Three Sons. And…read moresure enough, 2 of the Richter Brothers were there, telling me stories and thanking me for coming in. Sunday hours during my visit were 12-3, and whenever I choose to go, I always check when they're open. This time around, the 50% plus $1 area was brimming with clothing and in my size! I left with 2 nice University of Okoboji branded shirts and a comfortable Marmot jacket. I wandered the non-sale areas as well, as this place has always been an "at home" experience. As long as I'm able to come to the Iowa Great Lakes, I'll be here.
