Paired with the consome, the birria was fantastic, so this is a must if you're ordering birria. The chips, salsas, and guac were all really good, too. Literally nothing short of perfection. I understand that performers and their guests may sometimes receive special treatment, but the interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful to both the customer using the restroom and the customers who had been waiting in line. I believe the situation could have been handled in a more professional and respectful manner. A simple acknowledgment of the customers who were waiting would have gone a long way toward avoiding an unpleasant interaction.
