Was once the best chippy in town, when Stan actually ran the place! Seating is very dated and the whole place is in need of a refurb along with a good clean! This place used to be very popular and always full! Shame it's been left to slide down hill! read more

Some of the food is nice but the chips seem to have gone really greasy and the chairs and tables are stuck into the floor which may be a tight squeeze for the larger man or woman read more

If you fancy a cheap lunch then this is the place. Specials at just £1 include; sausage & chips, egg & chips etc. All day breakfast at £2.95. plus usual fish & chips and kebabs. read more

stan is a cafe as well as a normal chip shop it as a wide varity of food and are resonabley priced they also have hig chairs and wide hiles for prams puchers and wheel chairs everything in it si very acsesable read more
