Travis was an exceptional expert, keeping me informed the entire way. Given a challenging situation, Keidon joined Travis and together they conquered the problem. As they went along my 20 year old pipes had more issues than originally thought. Travis and American Rooter & Drain kept to the rate quoted, even though it took more time and effort to complete the repairs. If I could give the company and staff more than five stars I would.
