Eggs were cooked perfectly. My partner had the "breakfast bruschetta" which was diced tomato and haloumi on sourdough. His breakfast was much nicer than mine but he would not swap with me :) The tomatoes and haloumi were from a local producer and were just delicious. Service was very friendly and the staff gave us some ideas on some places to go to while we were in Stanthorpe. Brinx is a wonderful place to come if you also want to put together an antipasto platter or a picnic pack to take with you. They have a large variety of teas, baked goods, deli meats and cheeses. They also have a shop in store which has a lot of great gifts. I practically bought my mum-iun-law's entire birthday present here! I wuold like to give this place 4.5 stars but Yelp doesn't allow that. It looses .5/1 star as the shop is a little cramped. Would definitely come here again.
