Unfortunately this was a complete waste of our time. We had 2 exams both of which were completely off. This was done by a dr on screen in stead of in person. After waiting yet another week the glasses were still not right and the clerk recommended we go to their Dr at their in person location. We just opted for a refund. So for a wait of 3 weeks total and 3 trips in total we still were left with no glasses. read more

Worst optical store I've ever been to. The staff had zero interest in helping me and acted like I was bothering them just by asking basic questions. The place looked run down and unclean, and honestly didn't give me much confidence about the quality of the glasses. They advertise quick service, but that's a joke--I waited far longer than promised, with no communication or updates. When I finally got my order, the glasses didn't even fit properly, and no one bothered to fix the issue. Save yourself the time and headache--there are plenty of other optical shops that actually care about their customers. read more

Horrible store. Avoid at all costs. Employees are incompetent and act as if they have authority over your prescriptions. I've been using this company before they changed to a Stanton Optical and always hav had daily contacts prescribed. I go into this store and was told that I only had a prescription for 2 week lenses which I have never used and that the last box of daily contacts Stanton Optical ordered for me "must have been made up by the employee ordering". Basically accusing another store of contact prescription fraud?! WTF?! Absolutely ridiculous, any employee with any sense would contact the doctor to resolve the issue. This lady wouldn't budge as if she was the gate keeper to make my experience a living hell. With a lady in the back just shaking her head "Mmhmm, bet that employee was no longer there." I will never go here again as the place is ran by idiots and doctors you see are not even I'm this country sitting in a room over seas. not sure how this is even legal when you realize they can barely speak English. read more

I had great service. Estela was great and explained everything to me. She was very friendly and helpful. It was really neat how you meet with the eye dr virtually. You are in the office but doctor is on like a video chat with you and does the testing via video. read more

This place is a complete scam. The eye exam was wrong - they upsold me on bifocals I did not need, and BOTH prescriptions were wrong. It took them over a month to get me the glasses and then when I got them, I called back the same day and they told me they would not make it right because my "30 day warrantee" had expired?! So their inability to get me glasses is my fault??!?! This place is a scam. Save your time and just burn $300 in your back yard. It will be less of a waste of time and less frustration. read more

We recently visited this location for my wife's eye exam and Joseph was absolutely AMAZING! I recommend this place to anyone. This was not my first rodeo and I have always realized salesman try their best to sell the most expensive glasses that you don't need; not here though! They let us take our time to choose glasses and helped with changing glasses when we didn't like color! This type of service is unheard of nowadays! Can't be happier!! read more

terrible customer service! the lady that works there is more concerned on passing judgement on her patients instead of doing her job! you lost business because the front desk lady does not know what's appropriate conversation. Asking a mother her age has absolutely nothing to do with the eye exam and is extremely rude to do in front of my child, especially considering I was about to give my damn driver's license for the appointment! You could have been like any other person with a brain and just look for yourself instead of having to call me out in front of other customers and my daughter. Went in to get lens cleaner and decided to get my exam since they had openings. Lauren was awesome from start to finish, she really helped me get the best deal on my contacts and glasses I'm really excited to wear! I also have never done a virtual eye exam so that was interesting but it was quick and easy. My est my order is 8/16 so we will have to see if pick up goes well but so far I'm happy with my experience. read more

Very unhappy with the experience at My Eye lab. We ordered two pairs of glasses totaling almost $600 for my husband. They were supposed to be in in 10 days or so. It took over 3 weeks to get the first pair, no one knew what happened to the second pair. Second pair finally came in and now first pair is damaged. We went in they were supposed to order a replacement pair and it would take 2-3 days. Once again it has been almost 2 weeks and no one knows if the replacement pair has even been ordered. My wife and I went on Saturday and waited 2 hours and still had not seen the doctor when we walked out. Yes, that was after even having an Appoinment. They blamed on computer outage. They kept saying your next to where I could not take the wait any longer. read more

Sad to say not a good experience here..it is not the fault of the staff in store they are very nice and apologetic..my experience similar to someone else on here and in the Hurst EyeLab so it has to be something terribly wrong at the lab. Ordered 3 pairs of glasses August 9 said two weeks I had an appointment at DMV and needed them for license renewal..new script no other glasses to use..I realized they were not going to be in on time rescheduled DMV so went to store..two glasses there..no call no text no email that they were in. The pair I really needed for distance was told they were canceled could not tell me how or why then checked with someone and said there was something wrong and they were remaking..well that didn't happen went to store to pickup said USPS lost them would send request for remake and be in rushed by Monday..8/30..well today is Tuesday and they are not in and I am going to DMV anyway and hope they give me a break! read more

This has to be one of the worst experiences ever! Started off with waiting over 30 minutes for my eye exam to be done and I was the only patient there! What should have been a 30 minute exam took well over 90 minutes. Once my exam was done, I selected two pairs of glasses one of which was sunglasses. I explained that I had to have the glasses within 2 weeks as I was going on a cruise for my 40th anniversary and needed the sunglasses and was ensured by the manager, Christine, that it would not be an issue. A week later I get a call telling me that the lab did not have my frame and did I want to select another color or wait? They had known for over a week but did not call me to ask the first day. I expressed my displeasure and that I absolutely had to have the glasses the next week for an out of country trip and was again assured that the glasses would be in on time. Guess what, on the day the glasses were due I did not get a call so I called and found out that my regular glasses were there but not the second pair. Was given some lame excuse about the lab sending the glasses back for a quality check and they would not be in for at least another 2 to 4 days. All the manager Christine did was apologize and said she would call her Regional Manager. So I am going on the cruise without my glasses. To make things worse, the other pair of glasses came without the anti-glare coating I asked for and I cannot use them indoors. Do not use EyeLab.... had they been honest with me, I would have gone elsewhere. Due to their lack of concern, I am now not able to go anywhere else to get the sunglasses. Shame on me for believing they were being honest with me when making promises. read more

I was so hesitant to book two appointments for myself and my teenage daughter at the same time. (Eye exams for both of us, and glasses/contacts.) Joseph, the branch manager made our visit great! He was kind, humorous and extremely patient with us. Not only did he attend to both of our needs while having a busy store, he was helpful, knowledgeable and my daughter left there feeling confident about her choice of frames and left with the "coolest" pair of shades that she wore on the way home. DONT GO HERE!!! Find somewhere that has a Doctor there during business hours . They only have a Doctor there once a week. I called several times and left messages and no one called me back to update me on my trial contacts I finally went up there and was told they were ordered ,they could have made a short call to me and saved me a trip. The contacts aren't right and now they tell me I have to come back on a Tuesday when a Doctor is there which I can't go on Tuesdays. Don't waste your time or money here read more
