I contacted the office multiple times seeking assistance and clarification about services and coverage. During each call, I remained polite and respectful. I did not receive clear guidance despite calling several times, and the conversations felt focused only on payment rather than patient care and understanding. As a Medicaid patient, I left these interactions feeling judged and unwelcome. This experience was deeply upsetting and made me feel discouraged about seeking care through your location. Now, it did take me some months to pick up my contacts because I travel for work. When I let them know about the issue with my contacts, they wanted my primary insurance information and stated I needed a new exam because my eyesight could have changed in 4 months. Why is that? We are told to go yearly, and I have never heard of someone's eyesight changing that drastically in 4 months. Not to mention, I can see the lettering on my monitors just fine with the glasses that I have had for two years. I did purchase the contacts, but I'm not sure I'll ever use them. I'll wait until the beginning of the year when my benefits start over and get a new exam from another place. This time I won't choose the place based on convenience. Also, it's funny with every other call, they left a voicemail to tell me my trial contacts were in and left reminder voicemails when they would call. I called today to see if my contacts were in, and they have been there since November 10th. I received no call and no voicemail.
