My nose pad broke and it was Friday, 5:00 pm and raining. My need was great with impaired vision and limited amount of time. My eye lab was on my way to another company and I decided to give them an opportunity to assist me. I wasn't disappointed. John met me and I showed my glasses to him. He replaced the broken pad with silicone ones at my request and didn't charge for this or a minor adjustment. This is not the actual place. It was the new one by the loop. They told my daughter she could go blind. The tech told her that her xrays showed displaced retina. We all got so sad and scared. We went to an eye doctor and she was told that it was not true. She had a scar in the eye. Beware. read more

The technician conducting exams lacked both training and attentiveness, raising serious concerns about accuracy and patient safety. Eye health is too important to trust to an operation running at this level. It would be advisable for management to review staff credentials and procedures before someone is seriously affected. I called around and they told me at staton that for a set price i would get an exam and 2 pairs of glasses when i got tere it was understood that is why i was there i told her that i needed them for work i can not see with out them then sh asked me if i wanted to pay 40 dollars more and get a perscription fo contacts ok after the exam i payed and then she said that she could not make glasses and told me thaat is a glas place around the corner that might be able to help so now i am120.00 in still no glasses took the paper to a nother optromist and they said that they could not make in his words heads or tails from the paperwork i gave him nd it was to late t get aan exam well there whent my imploiment so the day after xmas i called staton back i said i was suposed to get 2 pairs of glasses with my eye exam she said no i was not because i opted for the extra exam for contacts it null the deal for glasses i said you did not say that when upsold me the extra exam and i had alwready made it clear that i needed glasses that day and she hung up on me so for 120 dollars i got a a page and a half of gibbrish the whole experince was unexeptaable i am typing this blind as a bat and cant proof read what i am writing i was lied to these people should be in jail i am going to file a law suuit against they lie read more

We took my older daughter for her first eye exam. We booked easily online. When we walked in they knew her name and we got called right away. Yes the doctor is virtual but it doesn't mean it was any less comprehensive. Customer service was great and glasses were ready quickly. Warranty is nice and we got the exam and two pairs for $95. The lenses are scratch resistant and polycarbonate. read more

Horrible!!!!! no optician is there, the eye exam is not done by an eye professional but remotely and nobody sees the eye directly. The formula they give me is way different that the existing and only machines are evaluating it, I can not trust it to expend money on new glasses. No refunds on the exam and worst customer service ever. I am disputing the charge in my card as this is exactly what a scam looks like to me. read more

I am pleased to write a review for my first experience with My Eyelab. We were having a hard time finding a quick appointment so I did a search and found them. I was able to schedule appointments easily for 3 of us. The eye exam although is done virtually with a Physician, you have a tech with you onsite. I didn't feel that this different approach was a negative factor. The only less than favorable feedback is that you can't get an eye dilation there due to the physician not being on site. However the service by the Assistant Manager, Zeitlin overshadowed that point with her knowledge, attention to detail and superb service in matching our needs to eyewear solution and treating us like VIP customers. read more

Dear my eye lab and all associates, sales people and lab techs, FUCK YOU. I have never in my entire life dealt with more incompetent and still somehow evil predatory people in my life. You are so bad, you literally upset the concept of Hanlons razor, but that isn't something you would know about or understand because you are stupid. I bought your over priced exam and glasses after a dog chewed up my only pair, after paying for all the upgrades, the 2 pairs I ordered were still nearly 300 more than I expected to pay. Used car salesman bullshit. The glasses took double the time to arrive, and even though i paid for the anti scratch and polarized coatings and guess what, your fucking people forgot to do it. And instead of dealing with your corrupt and terrible organization any further I sucked it up. Fast forward a year, fuck you again. I called to get my prescription so that I could order glasses online, but it would seem that you are hip to this and literally every representative I talked to gave me a different reason they couldn't give it to me, then finally had me send a formal request to multiple different email addresses that don't exist. 04/2019 Used this no frills eyeglass and optometrist services at my peril. First, I felt I was being treated by non humans when a video monitor was going to be giving my ciaion exam and possible prescription. Besides being highly overcharged, poorly treated by inexperienced customer service associates with no emotion. The attending associate failed to properly take my eyeglass order and then forgot to submit my prescription of tinted glasses. It too over 1 month to finally received my poorly crafted and no frills eyeglasses that will break, smear, scratch and break under less than a year. read more

Amazingly horrible! First impression, they are blaring Reggaeton music which is like nails on a chalkboard. The place reeks of mold even though it looks recently remodeled. Staff is aweful. Did any of them graduate high school? The "optometrist" that you consult with via remote screen, sounds robotic and reading from a script. Does not feel legitimate. Their goal is to sell you glasses, not your health or wellness. And it is blatantly obvious. This franchisee that opened this location needs to fire the staff and start fresh with better training and better people in general. Go to Eyeglass World down the block instead. read more

My wife and I have just moved here to Orlando and every place we have been to has horrible customer service and seems to careless if the customer feels welcomed or not. I always try and check out the reviews before going to any place bc I care about other people experiences and people normally tell the truth about there experience. I truly believe that if someone goes out of there way to leave a bad review that means that person had a terrible experience and the same goes for the ppl that had a wonderful experience. This place actually have caring people who try and make your visit as perfect as possible. I don't normally post reviews unless I feel like a place is worth it and the way these nice caring individuals treated us from the time we walked in until the time my wife and I left in my opinion every individual working here not only deserve a raise in my opinion but deserves anyone that needs glasses or contacts to come to this place. You will be received with a warm welcome and even the wait time is not bad they constantly check on you to make sure your ok to allow you to know that you are important to them and they haven't forgotten about you. The last thing I'm going to say is that when we moved here to Orlando people seem to hate there job and could careless about being professional but at this place you get the professionalism along with excellent customer service so I recommend this place to everyone. read more
