They have an answering service that…read moredoes not provide ANY service. i had clavicle surgery and they struggled to set up my post op appt, to get my prescription filed after the dr already wrote one and failed to get my PT referral after the dr ordered that as well. i ended up driving to the office every time and they could offer no sympathy as they dont like the answering service either. The worst 3rd party and it's unfortunate as a patient needing care and unable to get around easily. They have zero sympathy and its a different person every time making it impossible yo have consistency. Just constantly transferred between person to person without speaking to a supervisor or put on hold indefinitely. I have no idea how this office is in good standing with any patient. You have to literally fight to speak to anyone.

He showed me what the knee replacement looked like. Everyone in the office was nice. His triage nurse Jennifer was very nice. She always returned my calls and answered all my questions. Everyone in the PT department was professional and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Cannady.

I…read morearrived on time for my 2:30 PM appointment, only to be told at the check-in desk that I owed $235 in co-payments dating back to 2015. I was shocked, as I had no prior knowledge of this debt and was unable to pay on the spot. The staff informed me that I could not see the doctor unless I settled the amount, leaving me no choice but to walk away. This experience made it clear that the focus is on money rather than patient care. I would not recommend this establishment.

I absolutely love Dr. Trocchia. So much so that I waited 3 weeks for an appointment for him to see…read moremy shoulder and hands because I was in severe pain and trusted no one else. By the time the day came I was so glad. I hadn't slept in weeks. Imagine my utter disappointment to get there and find out that he wasn't even there that day. There was some woman there ( I dont know who she was as she didn't bother to tell me), who took me for an x-ray. She did tell me her name and that Dr. Trocchia wasn't there. Afterwards, she didn't bother telling me the results , but told me she could give me a shot in my shoulder and that she she does it "every day." When I asked for the results of the xray, she murdered something about tendonitis. I know from previous experience that if you dont give the shot correctly it may hurt even more and/or not work. Dr. Trocchia has done my hands and shoulder and the pain has never been that bad, and it has always worked. Unfortunately, not this time, There has not been any improvement, and Im still in agony. I had the same problem with the knee doctor there, who also took 4+ weeks to fax an order for an MRI. Now I have to go to HSS to have my shoulder and hands done, just like my knee, since that never worked either. I guess Dr. Trocchia is going the way of the other doctors and letting nurses and PA's take over their patients load. Well, I always told him he worked too hard. Our loss.

When I went to check in my husband I told them I needed a wheelchair to get him from the car. They brought it out immediately. We didn't wait long to get X-rays taken. The technician was very nice. After X-rays we went to the exam room. The doctor's assistant came in and went over the X-rays with us. She performed a few tasks for my husband to do . Then Dr Emerson came in and went over the X-rays in more detail. He had my husband do a few thing. It was determined he needed to get an MRI. He gave us two options: go to the ER and get admitted or wait for the MRI appointment. We chose to wait. Dr Emerson was very patient and thorough.

They ask for your insurance information and driver's license. The secretary squints at your insurance card, makes a face, like she's never seen one before. I would have laughed if I wasn't in pain. Meanwhile, the clock is ticking almost 30 minutes past your appointment time. I asked a few people there when is their appointment time was scheduled. They all said the same as mine. So six of us were scheduled for 1:30pm. That did it for me. I asked for my paperwork back and left. This place is ridiculous! If you value your time, find another doctor that cares about you and your well being.

These people spend a lot of money to get me and others to use their business and then treat you with total disrespect when you do.

My husband and I did NOT find this to be true during our many visits with him. My husband got hurt on the job and this is where Worker's Comp sent him. He had to have a severely torn miniscus repaired and Dr. Hruska did an excellent job, explained the photographs he took during surgery, and we were well informed of the post-surgical requirements. We found him to be professional and very pleasant with us on four separate visits (including outpatient surgery). The only complaint is that we traveled down to Stuart twice and the PSL office was so much closer to us (had we known about it). The last visit we waited and hour and a half to get in as the PSL office is not staffed as well as the Stuart location. That is the only complaint I have was that long wait. The knee has healed very nicely & hubby is strong & back to work!
