Took computer in yesterday to replace the processor fan. Worst experience I've ever had at a Canada…read morecomputers store. what is meant by a non-technician who told me it was unlikely that the fan could be replaced because it was a prebuilt system. When I inquired about upgrading the system was told that the motherboard was unlikely to fit, it would need a new processor, New memory and if my current processor didn't fit then it would negate buying a new fan. It was obvious that her only interestWas to sell me a new system. Oh and she wanted to sell me a system check saying that something else may have caused the fan to fail

Bought an external DVD player. They told me I had 15 days from the purchase date to get a full…read morerefund or exchange. The DVD drive didn't work. I took it back and they said they need to test it to make sure it's defective BEFORE issuing me an EXCHANGE. I even asked for the SAME item, just one that works. They then said that they have to test it and that I need to come back in 3 DAYS after they call me. This company is horrible. The staff are rude and they don't want to help you. In fact 2 other guys were in line with me, and they said that they've been back and forth with the company for 2 months trying to get their refund on a defective item as well. DO NOT GO HERE!!
