Went there to do a return from Amazon. Had four returns... All were scanned in. When the clerk went to print out my receipt. There was no ink in the printer so it printed out an unreadable page. I asked for a reprint she said it was not possible. So now I have no proof that I returned four items! Oh well... Time to go back to the UPS store for returns. read more

Bought $1300. worth of tech/computer gear today (12/02/23). Problems after purchase included: *Could not fit printer in my car; tech salesman took printer back & said I could come back on Monday with my SUV. *Got home and spent 2 1/2 hrs trying to set up the iPad! Called tech salesman@ 7pm, shared that the screen said " iPad Unavailable. Try again in 1, 5, & 15 min"! I said I wanted to bring it back; he said he was "closing up" (store closes @ 9pm), and to bring it in on Monday. He said he never heard of that screen appearing, though it's all over the internet! The computer I purchased was left @ the store to have software loaded on it; am scheduled to pick it up on Monday. Meanwhile, I have no computer & no working iPad for a couple of days. Great experience in Oct 2023 with Staples. I had a very large shredding project to do & Tom, who I believe works in the Printing service area, was a lifesaver! Tom helped us out, explained everything - really took care of us. I would definitely return to this location for all shredding jobs and highly recommend them. I thought the cost of this project was very reasonable compared to other places I looked into. Tom was Awesome! Thank you! read more

If it was possible to give a minus stars I would! Seems I'm in line with the majority of other reviews ONE STAR for ignorant, rude staff! I was in there with my small service dog wearing her vest and the ignorant loud manager (maybe) comes shouting at me if she was a service dog as her behavior wasn't indicative of a service dog! I had just got her out of the emergency vet in pain, parked in the disabled spot with my disabled tag. He's hollering at me while I'm copying the dogs vet bills shouting and aggressive! What a a bully ignorant rude and completely trying to embarrass me and look tough! The other staff were so rude when I asked how I print from my email. AVOID this place there's trash running the place it's NOT worth it! Napoleon small man is waiting. He's short balled and middle aged and rude. TERRIBLE customer service. Shame ! read more

This place is a joke. It's like you need to be a certain level of rude to be in the staff. The cashier incorrectly charged me for an item. I asked for him to return my money on to a gift card and recharge do the correction without charging my credit card more than once. I was stuck with three charges on my credit card because the cashier gave me a confused look and said "thats not how we do things" I asked for a refund for all my items, I was not about to give my business to this ignorant person... the MANAGER comes along and says that they are following procedure... NEVER STEPPING FOOT IN ANOTHER STAPLES. read more

This is quite possibly one of the worst customer experience as I have ever been part of. The girl behind the printing desk Wanted nothing to do with helping customers specifically if you had a question. Halfway through the job the paper ran out and I had to get her to replace the paper which was like pulling teeth. I was the first customer of the morning why were there only be 10 sheets of paper in the copier? I asked for a box to carry my 600 sheets of paper out and she gave me a carrier that holds about 50 pieces. I then decided to call the manager who was less helpful than she was. He stated there's not much I can do today's her last day I suggested maybe letting her go now so she didn't ruin any more customer service experiences but he could care less. If you have options to go elsewhere You most certainly should. read more

My 90 year old grand mother went in to make copies. The woman there asked if she needed help and she said yes. Instead of helping, she said she would have to charge her to make the copies for her. My grand mother can't see well and just needed to know which button to push. I'm very disappointed in this business. Charging seniors for help is ridiculous. read more

Remember when customer service used to be a thing? Here's one for the books... I bought an all in one printer here today. Comes with one of those quick start manuals with pictures and no writing. I couldn't find anywhere to plug the phone cable for the fax. Checked the internet, nothing. So I called the store. After a few minutes they found some tech support for me. First thing he asked be was do you have a support contract. I said no, I just bought it here I don't want a contact I just want to know how to hook up a phone wire and it's not in the manual. He told me I'm sorry that's why we sell the support contract. If you want help you have to pay $50 for a 4 year contract. I said no problem, how late are you open I'll come and return it. So he reluctantly told me where to find the hidden Jack. I thanked him and he said "if you have any more questions I won't be able to answer them." Staples, yeah we got that. But don't ask for help with it!" read more

Stay away from this Staples store in Brick on Route 70. I bought a printer, and the employee"Rich" was rude because I didn't want to buy extra ink.It was like he was in need of ink commission. It got loud in front of customers.I reported this to Staples Corporate and they brushed me off. Staples sucks. read more

I'm not sure why they can be nice to some and rude to others. When I walked away after my first visit I was so happy with them. I called them 15 days after my purchase (return policy is 14 days) and customer service was obnoxious and horrible to me. Not helpful at all. They just said can't help can't help bla bla. He didn't even want to give me Dell's number saying I can find it myself. I went into the store and this time there were no reps interested in helping me so I'm updating to a two star since they can be nice and can also be rude. read more

I would highly recommend using the printing services at the Brick location. The manager Leah went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service after I had a horrible experience at the Ocean location. She is professional, friendly, and sympathized with me. I am extremely happy with the quality print job I received and will only be returning to this store. read more
