Time was of the essence because we were leaving on a trip in a couple of days. I then decided to give J & S Phone Repair a try, and spoke to Peter who assured me he could get a replacement screen in a day or two. I had never heard of his business before but decided to give him a try, and am very glad I did! I brought the laptop to his store after I spoke to him on a Monday, and not only did Peter do an excellent job of replacing the screen, but also had it ready the very next day, Tuesday, sooner than he first estimated...and...made it look even newer than before! I have never had anything repaired so quickly and was truly impressed to say the least! I will highly recommend J&S Phone Repair on Rt 88 in Brick, NJ to all my family members and friends who might need his services. In addition, I felt the price he charged was fair and reasonable since Apple products are not inexpensive. The receipt said "Ocean Retail LLC", but the storefront says iFixandrepair. Then dust and debris got into my phone. I had to get it repaired by a repair shop authorized by Samsung with a similar name: Ubreakifix. They fixed it right (& they put the name of their business on their receipts). I emailed ifixandrepair at the email the receipt was sent to twice, messenger@messaging.squareup.com for a refund & heard nothing in response. The emails did not come back as undeliverable.

This type of financial deception is a form of elder abuse and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Shame on this store and its employees.
