    Friendly staff and the store is never a mess. I was able to find what i needed quick and Check out was quick.

    never shop at best buy the people are so rude and never buy a tv there they will never be getting…read moremy business ever again the higher manager was a total karen as a customer we have to do without a tv now cause they woudlnt give us a new tv dont shop there unless you want bad service

    Best Buy is on trend with other big name companies, making sure their stores are centered around…read moresales and their phone customer service is focused on on very little else. Follow-through and service and quality and all that-- who needs it, right? So just be warned that if anything goes wrong, you cannot get in touch with this store. Or any actual Best Buy store. The Best Buy central service line is all you'll get. And as they explained many times, they are not allowed to call the stores. As the other review indicates, they will often not be able to locate your "account." Make sure you differentiate what kind of account it is... repairs, replacements, third party alliances, whatever... exact wording matters. My issue was an iPhone replacement. And even when they find your account, unless the solution fits within their narrow parameters of fixing it, good luck chuck. The store was a little iffy itself. The guy was immediately defensive as I said Apple sent me to them for a replacement, offering sort of pre-excuses about why that wouldn't work out. Like, he could have said, ok, let me see what I can do for you. But nope. Anyways, after a lot of pulling of hen's teeth, I forgot to ask if it could be shipped. If you try to go online to change that up, please be aware you have to do that within like, immediately lol. I forget if it is two hours or two days or what. I was wiped out from talking to T-Mobile then Assurant then AppleCare+ on the phone for hours then driving an hour to the store to try to get a same-day replacement... and since you can only call the central line, can't call ahead to see if it will all go right... gotta just take that gamble. Apple Store itself was twice as far away and my gamey leg would NOT drive that far. Anyways. Got to be more careful if you are dealing with these places now. They care about them and not about you. Giving them an extra star for sheer balls.
