Poor customer service. I asked for help making copies of a book, and the older man at the register refused to assist me and simply pointed at the printer. Usual Staples is located in a strip mall with enough parking closer to the main road. Stopped here to pick up some stationery items. I was on my own with Little Help from the staff, and I was able to find what I was looking for later and easy check out. They do have a lot of items on stock compared to my local Staples . Self-navigation is the new normal and this Staples is bright and logically laid out all but eliminating the need to disturb the power naps of the very spartan staff. My elderly parents went to Staples to replace their laptop. They use it mostly for email, not much else. When I found out the bill was $700, I freaked. Aside from a $200 Lenovo, $169 tech support, and $39 virus protection, Staples upsold them an extra $300 of services they will never need. The salesman took advantage of an 85 and 93-year-old couple who are not computer savvy. Very sad. read more

It says 7 day shipping. But associate said that was only during holidays. Don't understand how that's even possible since they ship through UPS which doesn't ship on Sundays. Associate quoted me a rate without even asking for dimensions? Just the weight? Yeah, no, that's not how it works. Sending a golf club in a 4 feet long box that weighs 5 pounds is not the same cost as a book that also weighs 5 pounds. Got a better rate at the UPS store in West Windsor which I saw is now under new ownership. I did like Staples's sanitizing station and the fact they do allow service animals inside the store. read more

I do love Staples but don't always have a reason to go in. Well I could have a reason but I would spend too much. Awesome store for all your office needs and then some. Computers,laptops, office supplies and school supplies. Even educational supplies from a teacher. perspective. Certain things are cheaper than others, do need to know prices. They have decent kids section on crayola and art supplies. Pens, notebooks, paper etc reasonably priced. small office furniture and machines. Like I said need to know prices. Post it's of all shapes and sizes, daily planners, inventory ledgers etc. They have everything and if they don't they can find it for you Staff are knowledgeable and most helpful. I try to go there with purpose bc if I don't I spend more. lol great prices on shipping stuff, boxes envelopes, packing tape, bubble wrap, peanuts etc. Definitely an awesome store for all your home n office needs. read more

This Staples is quite nice! It's small, and it's easy to navigate! It's also very clean. The store had great deals, and everything was pretty reasonably priced! Definitely everything you would need for the office is here! Definitely when your child starts school or is going away to school, this is definitely a great place to look! I live around this corner and use the store frequently for a range of items including: HP ink cartridges, paper, CDs, USB thumb drives, gift cards for clients, copying and faxing. On the positive side: the selection and inventory is excellent and they almost always have what you need. The employees are friendly. The store is spacious with soothing lighting. Also on the + side is the ability to redeem used print cartridges for rebate coupons. On the negative side: and I have observed this phenomena at other Staples as well, but it seems to be more acute at the East Windsor location - the building is full of employees, but there is just a single cashier and the lines can get backed up. Then, inevitably, a customer has a special problem, that holds up the line, and it ends up taking 10 minutes to check out. I will note that the East Windsor store seems to be doing a better job on the average speed of checkout. Business people such as myself are on-the-go and need to check out fast. Also on the negative side, similar to the Radio Shack effect, I think Staples overcharges on certain specialty items. For example, duct tape and easels. The copy center is convenient with decent prices. Their team did a nice job on a custom placard on short time notice. Overall, i enjoy shopping here and if the checkout issue was resolved, I would increase my rating to 4 or 5 stars! read more

This is my first and probably last visit to this store, I ordered printing visiting card online and when I received the card they had extra edge when let issue to the staff they didn't agree until I showed the image I uploaded. After they asked to send image gains and requested me to come next , now it seems they have same excuse and did not really printed card again and waiting for last one hour to get the whatever they have printed as I have to leave for a conference tomorrow early morning and I am here at 6.51 PM at the store to get the card, you know what they garbage those cards now they are searching. read more

Had a terrible experience at this staples today. Ordinarily, I avoid going to any big box stores since everything I need I could just order online. Today, however, I was feeling adventurous. I wanted to print this card game so my friends and I could play it today - why waste my own printer ink and time when I can pay for Staples to conveniently do the task for me faster than I could? Their Answer: slow services, computer malfunctions, overexpensive price (make sure you go with a coupon, which I forgot to do), and failure to complete the order. I walked out of the store 1 hour after I walked in (just wanted 170 prints onto cardstock), and later realized I only had 75 pages. I regretfully go back into the store, am told the systems are down AGAIN, and proceed to wait 1.5 more hours for the entire order to finish. If I ever think paying staples extra money to make me waste 2.5 hours of my life is worth it again, please come find me personally and shoot me in the face. read more

Everytime I try to order prints from them it's one big headache. They make up things as the go and are never on time.

Went for online order pickup and waited for 15 minutes and later they told me that their online order system is not working...worst customer service and how you messed up with the online order system when you are offering 1 hour pickup... read more

Excellent customer service by Alfredo in the Copy and Print Center! He took extra time and care to make sure my document was printed exactly how I wanted it. The night before I had uploaded a print job on the Staples website. When I came to pick up my documents I realized it was too long and had printed one line on a second page. Alfredo assured me he could fix it for me. He pulled up my document on his computer and together, we tried several things to shorten my document until finally it was only one page! I was so impressed by his patience and willingness to go above and beyond to help me! I was extremely pleased and satisfied. read more

I would never shop at this location again, and if this is the experience to be received at other Staples stores, I will never shop again at Staples either. I bought a laptop from their store located in East Windsor, NJ, during one of their Christmas sales. I got the computer home and immediately upon use the computer programs started freezing randomly and often. A few days later I approached the cust service counter where an older woman with glasses was helping an elderly couple with some issue, the light for the register was on, and she says to me bluntly "Im closed". I told her my issue as she was the only one their at the cust service counter, and she indicated I could not return the computer without the box and packaging I did go back and look at their policy and it was listed there, however, she offered not alternative service, and not even an apology for selling me a defective computer. She was blunt, rude, and completely unhelpful and it seemed more interested in taking a coffee break than helping a customer although, again, her register light was on. I am completely disgusted by my experience with their product as well as their service, and will probably never shop at Staples again, and relate my terrible experience to anyone I can read more
