Even if you don't have packing supplies, and just show up with the item you need to ship, they've got you covered. They have everything you need to ship things- from boxes, to packing peanuts, to tape. If you are engaged in any type of e-commerce and have a seller's reputation to keep up, you need to be using UPS. I once had to mail a router that I sold via eBay and showed up with just the router and the address where it needed to be mailed. No box, nothing to ship it in. But by the time the UPS guy finished packing my item for me, it looked like it was being shipped from a professional store. The packing service is complimentary if you buy the supplies here, but even if you DIY your package, they will double check it for you to make sure it arrives in one piece. This UPS store not only knows how to handle packages, but also people. Everyone is so friendly, so calm and helpful, they completely take the stress out of the whole process of shipping packages. It feels good to hand your boxes over to the people here knowing that they've got this and your package will arrive as promised (something not guaranteed at the post office!). They've really got a great team of people working here, they make it easy for me to feel good about giving them my business.

This is usually where my anxiety comes in. However, I was greeted by an extremely helpful and patient staff member named Nick. He not only helped me make sense of everything but he helped me contact Amazon customer service to resolve one of my issues. It did not matter how long the line got he never made me feel like I was holding things up. Instead he continued helping other customers with a smile and did his job effectively and efficiently. Excellent customer service. We will definitely return.

My "signature-required" package was estimated to be delivered today between 11:45 AM - 1:45 PM. So, I sat around waiting to sign for the package. After waiting until 2:40 PM, I received a notice that the estimated delivery time changed to 2:50 PM. At 2:55 PM, as I sat by my front door waiting to sign for my package, I received a notice that a delivery attempt was made and no one was home. The driver not only failed to READ the numerical townhome unit number, but then proceeded to take an illegible photo of the wrong unit number that he tried to deliver to. So, not only did I waste my ENTIRE day waiting to sign for a package, I walked around my ENTIRE neighborhood looking for the address where he placed the attempted delivery slip. To make matters worse, it took me almost 2 hours and countless calls to get a REAL PERSON on the phone for FedEx. It's ALL AROUND POOR SERVICE at every juncture in the process! I am highly disappointed and will use UPS every chance I get and I advise everyone to consider the same.

The crew arrived without basic tools and actually had to ask me for a screwdriver to finish the assembly. When I saw they were struggling with the items, I offered to help by watching the remaining pieces so all three men could safely carry the first heavy unit up the stairs together. Instead of being professional, one of the movers was incredibly rude, telling me, "Don't try to tell me how to do my job. You can wait upstairs." The "job" he then performed was rolling the boxes up the stairs rather than lifting them. While doing this, they complained the entire time about the items being "too heavy." Because they chose to roll the furniture instead of carrying it, the piece is now damaged. A drawer is completely misaligned and sticks out from the frame, and it is now physically tight and difficult to shut. It is clear that rolling the unit put stress on the frame and hardware that it wasn't meant to handle. If you value your furniture or expect a respectful, professional delivery experience, avoid this company. They are confrontational, lazy, and will damage your items.

They went above and beyond. I JUST unpacked my crate with the paintings that prompted me to use them over a regular mover in the first place and I can't overstate how much care went into packing them. They went the extra mile. Even the guy who delivered the pallets to me in Seattle said he could tell true professionals prepared my shipment. I wish someone had written a review on Yelp! before I found them, it would have put my mind at ease but I really had nothing to worry about. They were quick. I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. If I ever move back east, I want these guys to take care of my move. Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!!
