Went in to get something notarized. The old Onery guy came out and my husband had documents to get notarized and so did I. He already had his license out so I figured he'd just go first. The old guy said in his gruff short tone,"Who's getting notarized? I need both IDs." Of course, he did, I just figured we do it one at a time. Then he said, the document needed 2 witnesses. He said he couldn't help us. I asked what about the two employees behind the counter? He said they're busy and one's going to lunch. We picked up our papers and started to walk out. He says, "Bring your own witnesses." We've gotten things notarized at UPS (not this one) before and the employees were the witnesses. read more

I needed to package and mail my daughter a couple of jackets and miscellaneous items she needed at college. I went to the UPS store carrying the items in my hands as I did not have a box. They had a nice big bag for me to pack it in ($1.08!) which was a nice surprise (I was anticipating having to buy a box/costly packaging). Jeffrey, the UPS Store representative who helped me, folded up my daughter's jackets and suggested I enclose some candy for her (they provided!) in her package as a nice surprise. Jeffrey's attention to detail really made the difference. I met the owner of the store too - very nice man. The service I received today was top notch. My go to place to mail packages! read more

I was only there for the Notary services. Apparently places like AAA and Chase and the County shop next door won't perform certain notary services. Here they did, but they also charged for it. Just a simple deed with several signatures cost $45. I never thought you could get rich being a Notary Public, but I guess you can if you work or UPS. read more

I go to this Store often and have always found them to be very helpful. The older gentleman is extremely knowledgeable and professional.

I don't have much to compare this place to except the old school Post offices. And this business was much quicker and easier to deal with, with none of that holier and more bored than thou attitude that postal employees are know for. I'd go back to mail boxes and stuff. read more

Is it possible to give ZERO star? Anyway, I'm not really sure if this is the office or the one in Hamilton, but every time I search for UPS Hamilton on Google, this Trenton address turns up. So, UPS lost a package and a guy named Ken (609 584 7013) keeps insisting that I "missed" the package, would not offer any assistance, but just called to say that it was me responsible for it getting lost. He was so rude. No apologies whatsoever. read more

As a collector of higher end collectibles this store made my day. I was going away for six days and was going to miss a package delivery I was really looking forward to. I decided to have it held at this location because it was so close tom my house and the fact that it's right behind a chase bank made it even more desirable. I used the ups online app to redirect it to this store. My trip was 6 days the app said it would be held for 7 which meant I would be able to pick it up the day after I got home. A lost wallet meant the day after I got home my day was dmv and replacement bank cards. I ended up getting held up at work when all I wanted to do was grab my check. By the time I got back on the road the bank had closed and it was 6:30 and the ups store was closing at that very minute. This made me panicked because I didn't want my package to be sent back. I called and was delighted when a young woman answered the phone and assured me my package was there and would be held till the next day. The next saw me at work for an 11 hour shift when I was expecting a regular 8. Again by the time I left it was 6:30 and I called panicked again. Jeffrey answered the phone. He asked my name went to look for my package and assured me once again it was still there. He then took it one step further. He told me he would put a note on the box to hold the package until Saturday. I was able to pick it up 1st thing the next morning and it was actually Jeffrey who was working. It may not sound like much but simply holding my package a few more days than they are obligated to means so much. I can't imagine the hassle I would have had to go through to get it shipped to me again and the cost would have been around $20. That would have had me bummed and angry instead I'm super happy. When you are waiting to add a new piece to your collection the anticipation can be palpable and anything that delays or hinders that arrival can be really annoying and put a cramp in your whole day or week. On the other hand this has made confident that in the future I can have all my packages delivered to this store so I never have to worry about missing one again. I returned an item to a seller through this store. After several weeks the seller said that they did not receive the item. I lost my receipt so I called the UPS store and someone looked the return up and gave me the details of the delivery immediately. I then emailed the seller back with the details that were given to me by UPS. The seller then apparently found the returned item and posted my credit to my credit card by the end of the day. UPS called the next day to follow up to see if I had all the information I needed. read more

Brought in routers and cable boxes, already packaged, to be returned to Xfinity for an elderly relative. (UPS has a deal with them to return equipment free of charge.) Owner makes me unpack them and then hands me a duster and says "You need to clean those, we have to handle them too you know!" I guess a little dust was beyond his capabilities to handle. Newsflash: You're in the packing and shipping business, you're gonna get a little dirty from time to time! You've got surly counter help, absurd prices, and there is a constant upsell on your overpriced goods. You really can't afford to be rude and entitled too. Went there today and had an aggravating experience. I wanted to send a package but teenager at the counter had to consult with the boss in the back, then the boss comes out and says I could not send my item in the box I provided. I had to purchase one of their bubble wrap packages. I left and went to another UPS Store who had no objection to my box.
