It runs as good as new. These folks know how all those tiny components on your apple circuit boards work, and they know how to fix them. They are kind and honest. The floating Home button cannot be eliminated, the regular Home button which had been difficult to push is permanently stuck. He's a great guy and is very knowledgeable and patient. I decided not to install Starlink and instead I had AT&T connect a fiber optic line to the house. Later on, I wanted a direct line from our office upstairs to the router downstairs. Jasper came out and did a thorough assessment and consultation and then returned shortly thereafter to do the installation. Jasper went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it and that everything was working at its best. He even went to the store to get the specific CAT-6 cable with the color that we wanted. He was neat, efficient, earnest and, like Quintin, very knowledgeable and professional at what he does. Both men are great to work with, as well is their Project Coordinator Devin. They will give you their all! BTW, I was only charged for the installation and it was a great value for the what they delivered. They are a Blessing indeed!

We have had our phone repaired three times. We had it repaired here because my wife cracked her…read morescreen. We brought it back for a second time to get it fixed to CPR because the top left corner was popping out. At first they refused to fix it because they said it's due to a cheap case causing too much pressure on the sides which caused the phone to pop up. Supposedly there's a limited lifetime warranty As long as there is no water damage or physical damage to the screen phone. I asked him show me the damage. There was no damage on the backside of the phone nor the sides and there was no crack on the screen. After talking with the employees for a little while and after two potential customers left the manager came out and finally fixed the phone. Well this time we had it repaired HERE they allowed my wife to walk out with glue sticking out the phone slightly. They told her that it is fine and that's what it looks like when you repair a screen. When I saw her phone i drove immediately back to CPR for them to get this squared away with the manager. They finally took the phone back and repaired it and made sure the screen was flush after another customer walked out after having to talk with this manager about the terrible work that they did on my wife's phone. Well I came back today because the same issue that we had repaired the last time is happening again and this time they said we cannot repair your phone it will be $105 to fix. There was no damage to the phone on the back, the sides and the glass itself. There was a tiny dot on the top left corner that he told us was a crack UNDERNEATH the glass itself where the phone screen was popping out. Tommy (who supposedly told us he is the district manager) goes on to tell me that is a crack and that voids the warranty. He said the issue is due to my lifeproof Case causing too much pressure and that caused the cracking of the screen underneath the glass. So they give me excuse for cheap case and now giving me an excuse for a premium case. This place is a complete joke. Don't waste your money and more importantly don't waste your time coming here.

When I finally received it, the watch was rubber-banded together, covered in glue, and only the back appeared to have been repaired. The other issues remained unresolved. Two days later, the watch shut down again. When I returned to discuss the problem, the representative became defensive, called me a liar, and refused to review the cameras he had mentioned. I had remained patient throughout the process and was not disrespectful, so this treatment was completely unacceptable. I paid $25 after he initially quoted $30-$35, yet he said I should be grateful because he had done more work than I paid for. The money is not the main issue--the lack of communication, poor workmanship, repeated promises, and unprofessional behavior are. I cannot recommend this location.
