Incorrect strore hours. Don't try to get there by 9pm weekdays. They closed at 8pm. Save yourself time and gas.

Had one of the worst experiences at this Staples. I went to drop off an Amazon return package. I went up to the counter. Set my package in front of the employee. He told me that I had to take it to the other side of the register. Really? Like he couldn't pick it up and move it two feet to the other side of the register. He tore off the wrapper and processed the return. He then said he was done and pushed the ripped wrapper towards me. I said I didn't need it. He then said neither do they. Then pushed me wrapper back at me with a smirk on his face. How difficult is it to throw the ripped wrapper into the trash?Why would I take it back? When I asked if this was the way he treated his customer, he just glared at me. Is this the new customer service standards for Staples. read more

PoOr customer service. I couldn't even catch the eye of the person who was supposed to wait on me. Very odd just left me standing at the counter and finally I walked out. I was able to go to FedEx around the corner and get everything taken care of. Believe you me, I learned a lesson. read more

Horrible horrible horrible horrible I honestly always get really good Cx service when I'm here but today upon making Amazon returns, employee Eric Alvarez was nothing short of sarcastic and visibly annoyed to be assisting with returns. From comments like "ughhhh now I have to make another box" and "here I am thinking I was getting out on time today" "omg that's not the last one? Whyyyy..you know there's also kohls" At the end of the day I'm sure he doesn't care because it's just a job for him; but when a business like staples gets paid for Amazon returns; I'm totally fine with taking my Returns to kohls. At the end of the day it isn't kohls that looks like a ghost town. So, I think staples needs Amazon more than they need them; as such, one customer doing this may not be a big impact in the grand scheme of things, but this customer will be going to kohls for returns now. read more

Yesterday, I visited Staples to make some copies and scan some documents. Alex was in the printing area and I witnessed his professionalism. He has one of the best customer service that I have ever seen. He multitasks helping customers with grace and attention to detail. read more

Don't know who I worked with in store, but they were awesome. Online however was a joke. Order ended up being wrong. Tried to cancel online - guess that didn't work. Tried calling in the next day to cancel - said they'd try but it might still ship. Finally had to return in store and the system only gave me a partial refund so had to call in again. Thought I was finally done with this purchase but nope, got all but $.80 refunded - I only got tax refunded on the part that was refunded. When I let them know, I was told I would need to talk to their tax department, so I was transferred. After many rings, the line hung up. HORRIBLE experience with this transaction. Have only made a few purchases with Staples and this one will probably be my last. read more

Needed to make color labels. Was told it would take an hour. I said, "OK." Then they said the pick up would be 3.5 hours later. Not convenient. I picked up the next day. I didn't count until I got home. They shorted me five copies at more than a dollar each. read more

This Staples store may be a little small but it has enough office supplies and electronics. I came here for a print job and find the DIY task simple. Staff was courteous by greeting me upon my entrance. read more

I went to get two sets of copies (50 of one set and 100 of another, front and back). The girl working the desk was new, said she had been there for 3 days. It took her 39 minutes to figure out how to print my copies...only to get home and find out they were not stapled together, and every other page was missing! The frustrating part is there was a kid working the desk with her and he did not offer her any assistance until she could not figure it out! Spent over $100 on copies only to get them home and now I have to make another trip back to get it fixed! Ugh! I was understanding and patient as she was new, but she should not have been let loose to work without oversight! Went back a few days later and they did re copy everything at no charge. Was not aware they charged extra for stapling, though. read more

Very helpful. Had problem with some ink I bought two days ago and they replaced it with 5% off. And we're helpful with me around the store. Also, had a scanning job completed there last week and they were quick and organized. Thank you. Very attentive, super-friendly staff! We were helped by 4 people when we were looking for a new printer. They were pretty patient, too...especially dealing with my son who's known for wandering off into the next aisle and screaming when he feels lost when he's really not. Along with their reasonable prices, we received an additional discount at the register for inquiring about their Rewards program. We didn't have to fill out the form on the spot..they allowed us to fill it out at home and bring it back. A great office resource! read more

I use the Staples print center regularly, because I sell 8x10 photo prints. Service is very friendly and helpful, and I've never had to wait long in line. The prints themselves are pretty good - not quite as vibrant as the ones from FedEx, but literally 1/5 of the price, so worth it to me. Not to mention they're way faster. And the rewards system is fantastic: It's free to be a rewards member, and I get free shipping on online orders! read more

Staples is hands down the best. I called 7 stores in las cruces looking for post it tape, Staples is the only place that had it. Even office max didn't have it which says something because they are I mean a office supply store. But staples has always had what I need, when I need it. They are friendly and quick to help me when I need assistance in finding something or lifting, reaching, placing an order and making sure it awwww drives quickly, price matching and even carrying iteams out to my car. If I try to shop for supplies at other stores I always wind up at staples in the end because other stores just dont hold a candle to staples. Thank you guys for the great customer service its what makes me a returning customer. Most stores dont have employees that are always cheerful but I've never walked into this store and seen an unhappy employee, they are nice and quick to greet me with hellos and are you finding everything ok. If you need office supplies I say shop here and forget the other stores. These guys will help you from start to finish if that's what you need, they might have to double task but in the end u will get what you came for or they will point u in the right direction. read more

I tried to buy a computer online it was supposed to be ready at the store in 1 hour. Four hours later I called the store and they had no clue what I was talking about! but, said they seen my order when they looked me up, after that they said it will be shipped to me but still had no other information. When I tried to tell them I bought the computer online and it said the store had it and that I could pick it up in one hour. They told me they did not have the computer in the store. Then they gave a 1800 number I called the number very polite lady answered my questions but said she would refund my money to my debit card (I'm still waiting) and said I could go buy the computer at the store as she just called the manager to tell him. I thought they had none at the store as I was told earlier! I went to the store and was meet with extreme rudeness !!!!! Not only by the manager but, also by the young man who deals the computers. they never answered any of my questions with a respectful answer or offered me any type of help. If I did not need this computer right away I WOULD OF HAVE NEVER TOLERATED THIS BEHAVIOR . I will never go back that did it for me. read more
