By far the worst staples I have ever been to. All of their equipment is broken and not enough employees to help anyone. Horrible location.

Horrible customer service. One person working regular checkout & Amazon returns. Not even doing one & one. When cashier was asked a question about where to do Staples returns & not Amazon returns would just reply Amazon returns there, checkout here. I came to print 4 sheets of 1 document, asked how to do it, the employees said you can only print from your work computer, they sat me down at the computer, I tried to log in to my email 3 times and couldn't, I asked if there was any other way to do it, they said no, and then I received a notification from the bank -15$ for renting a computer, although I spent 3 minutes with it and it was buggy for a very long time, (I asked to call the manager, they said he had to wait at least 30 minutes for a meeting) be careful, they rip people off!!! The most horrible service I've ever experienced in the printing area where there were long lines and a woman that was there would not help us. The printer was not printing clearly I explained it to her, and she said that there's nothing that they could do about it that that's how the printer was printing. I have to scan some important documents to keep me from getting a fine and this is the way I'm treated. Then I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't let me put a recipient after having a few complaints and long lines. She finally came over but in a bit of frustration she just wanted to hurry up and clear the screen to make me start over without listening to me and she just erased everything that I did and then I had to start over when there was nothing wrong with how I put it in. It was just a small section for recipient that I did not understand was fine the way it was if she just answered my question instead of being in a hurry to come race everything that I did and then go back to her station. I am going to bring this complaint up to corporate. read more

I have been to this location many times. Usually, for specific items; in-and-out. Sometimes, for complex copy-and-collate services. Never a hitch. Today, I was shopping with my Dad for his office needs. While I was surprised by the limited diversity of manufacturer's for paper goods, there always seems to be what's needed. But, that was not what earned a 5-star review today. Just before exiting, my Dad made 2 discoveries. The first, a very comfortable desk (gaming!) chair. The second, a bargain-priced Roku. We employed the assistance of Ryan. He was extraordinarily patient, exceptionally competent and courteous, and could not have been more helpful. Checking out was made easier, and bringing the items out to the car, Ryan's assistance was unexpectedly cheerful. An asset to Staples in a city not known for its customer service. I don't care about the opinion of other reviewers. Our experience was top quality. And, if upper management reads this review, Ryan is an example of how to properly treat customers. My Dad lives much further north, but this is the store he will return for office purchases. Finally, it is noteworthy that this location is following and enforcing pandemic preventative measures. read more

I came to Miami with a very large amount of expensive prints I did at my local NY Staples. I had a problem with ones color when I went to mail it to the buyer. I went to this Staples and explained the situation and they still charged me a 1 hour up charge for the print. I thought Staples was better than that. The printing center is really bad, I came in at 11am To print one logo and I ended up leaving at 11:56. One hour to print one document. Only one person attending the whole department Multitasking here and there, the lady can't handled it by herself. The whole department seemed busy. She seemed to be overwhelming and upset about her job . If you are planing to print some important documents make sure you have plenty of time to spend in the store waiting for your document to be printed. read more

I would like to give this place 5 stars because it is close to my house and it is very convenient for me to go to but I doubt I will after the last time I needed a printing job done. The staff is for the most part very friendly and helpful but the service isn't up to par and the printing job that I had paid for and received confirmation for online was not ready to be picked up when it said ti would be. I got to the staples and the line to pickup my business cards was very long. I believe the main issue with this store is that they are understaffed and because they are a big name retailer that specializes in selling retail products and printing services, etc. they get a lot of foot traffic and organic clientele walking in through the door. The surge in traffic increased drastically from 7:30 AM when I first walked in to pick up my cards and noticed a significant increase in the printing services line when I came back later on in the day at around 3:00 PM. I am confident that if this location actually hired a few more employees or moved some from the retail area to the printing services annex that things would run a lot smoother and customers would move quicker through the line to checkout or ask to use print services. I did want to point out that one of the employees at the printing services area named V@lentina was extremely helpful and did a great job answering my questions and helping me with my printing needs. I hope that this staples decides to be proactive and implement a plan to figure out how to make the printing services lines be shorter or make it a thing of the past. I will still use them for my office retail product needs in the future. read more

Very pleasant experiences with staff and product at this staples. I've ordered pickup items from online (odd printer parts not usually kept in store) and run in for odds and ends like headphones and charging cables. It's not a huge store like you would find in the 'burbs. But it has the essentials and normally long hours you can stop in and do a pickup order. There's even a little parking lot to pull into. read more

Didn't get the girls name with the "gray hair" that was working in the printing service but they need to take her back to training, and work on her customer service skills. I stopped by to print a few design drawings and have to say I wish I could hire the copy department here for myself. The drawing files were in different directories and they were able to maintain the files organized. All the while, they were able to attend to two other customers. However, I'm minusing one star - and only one - because although they don't have large format scanners they did direct me to a store that did. Great attention to detail! This is the first Staples store in Miami designed as a LEED-rated building. This is a criteria for "Green" building and incorporates such features such as making use of natural lighting and separate parking for bikes and fuel efficient cars. (Thats why they have the shower). The nature friendly design also makes the store look brighter from the inside as well. I also bought some design office supplies and everything seemed well stocked and organized. It took us two visits on separate days to successfully send a fax. During the first attempt, we followed the instructions and waited for a confirmation sheet to print. Five minutes later, sure that we had entered something wrong, we asked for help. The disinterested Copy Center worker shrugged and said that sometimes it takes up to 20 minutes for a fax to go through before walking off (without bothering to look at our machine). We waited 45 minutes and had several conversations with employees (all of whom suggested that we just wait and see without looking at the fax machine) before cancelling our fax and leaving. Today, we got lucky and a helpful employee was on hand - our confirmation sheet printed within five minutes. Obviously something was wrong with the fax machine during our first attempt, but nobody could be bothered to try to figure out how to fix it that day. That, along with the fact that the toliet seat has pretty much fallen off the toilet in the women's restroom, makes me think that this place can do with a bit of work. read more

This is what I get for choosing to go to a location near the office rather than by my home. I came to this location to purchase a couple of items just to take of a $20 off coupon I have. To be clear, it's $20 off of anything purchases of $60 or more. I go to the register with the items. The attendant tells me that it wasn't working because the purchases needed to be made online. But I read the coupons instructions etc before I walked in to the place. I had a customer behind me so I kindly let him go in front of me to purchase his items. The coupon has a contact phone number for staples so I called staples and stepped outside. The representative also verified that I had 3 options. It was to either purchase the items by phone. Online or in the store. I told the representative I'm going to walk back inside and try again. I walk inside and the attendant already had my items put away. I asked did you put my items away already? She responds and says yes because you just left. I looked at her like really? After I was kind of enough to let the next customer purchase his items so I can take a minute to re-read the coupon etc. I was so upset I walked outside to calm down. Because I know if I would've looked for a manager, I would've been livid. Take it from my errors. If you get into an issue with an attendant at the store. Ask for a manager. The customer service was poor. And why are they allowing someone with a pink eye to work? Insane. read more

Does this place have everything I need? Basically yes. Is the staff great? Basically no. I went in earlier today to grab some cheap post it notes because I knew they'd beat Amazons prices for em and it's like right down the street anyways. I grab em and head to the marker section to look for a single thick marker, couldn't find it and ended up staying in the aisle for a while just looking around in case my eyes skipped over them. From the point of me grabbing the post it notes and heading over to the marker section I had an employee (an older man with glasses) follow me and literally stand there and stare at me while I was trying to decide if I even wanted a marker. He noticed me looking back at him and finally asked if I needed help with anything? I said no super firmly, he made me feel so uncomfortable I didn't even want to keep looking for stuff. I don't know if he thought I was going to steal $3 post it notes or what, but he definitely needs some training on social cues and respecting peoples space.
