Let me start by saying I have a mailbox here. Have packages arriving weekly that i have to pick up…read moreright away or they start charging me per inch (i already pay a mailbox fee), yes you read that right INCH. Every other mailbox i have or have had gives a 30 day grace period. Additionally, they have a GIANT banner stating "We'll match any competitors price guaranteed". So I asked about purchasing a box, they said it was $5 (excessive) and I showed a competitors price which was half of theirs and they said oh no we're not going to match that our quality is better. So I said ok what makes it better? She said it's double walled, so I showed her the description of the competitor and sure enough it was the same exact box. She then said ok well we're not going to match that. Search TM Packaging (or any other packaging company) if you're in Miami if you want better prices. This store has a 100%+ markup on competitors. Ridiculous. I will be removing my mailbox after the end of the month.

Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. David did…read morenot communicate with us how our book would be printed- and the pages ended up being in the wrong order. He then had a tantrum and ripped out one of the pages and proceeded to want to CHARGE US for the reprint.... Keep in mind this was a $200 book and he still wanted an extra $50 to reprint it. When he had ripped out the page he also messed up our cover, and when he went to try and scrape it off and wasn't able to, he told us to leave and threatened to call the police. I never leave reviews but this experience was too horrible to not warn others. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Even the way he spoke to us was the most condescending and unprofessional way i've ever been spoken to in my life. We were nothing but respectful, calm and polite, but David was basically throwing the equivalent of an adult tantrum ESPECIALLY when he ripped out the page in front of us. Extremely unprofessional behavior and inappropriate- aside from the fact that the book came out wrong. DO NOT PRINT HERE.

It was the type of behavior one might expect from one who was accustomed, in his homeland, to great wealth, power, and impunity - though even those, generally, don't treat their servants so poorly. He finished, as I stared in disbelief, only to look at me and ask "do you need something?". I replied no, but was that necessary? He came back to me with an explanation of why he'd yelled at them in Spanish. I replied that I could full well understand the Spanish, what I could NOT understand is how rudely he speaks to his staff. I asked him if he'd never learned courtesy. With a cynical smile, he waved to me, and said "Bye bye". I replied with a clear "F*** you, you arrogant pri*k". ANYONE who treats others so poorly gets NO respect.
