BOTH phones suddenly locked up and would not work at all after the repair (1 within 2 months, 1 within 1 month). I in to question what would be the reason for this...as is seemed awfully coincidental that they both phones suddenly stopped working altogether within weeks of undergoing a repair. I was dismissed, and they refused to refund the cost of (at least) 1 of the repair jobs. The reason for no refund was that the phones had cracks in the screens. I just don't understand how both phones worked for a LONG time with a cracked screen previously, but after the screens were replaced. I find it very hard to believe that it had nothing to do with the screen replacement. I won't be back, nor will I recommend this shop to others.

I did not have $600 for one of the phones he had to offer and still owed $450 on the phone I brought to him to be repaired and I was not sure if another repair man would work on the phone without any screen at all!! so I felt trapped. He then added tape to the rear cover and sent me on my way. Another day goes by and the phone will not charge properly and the screen went black, I went back again "remind you driving to Saginaw from bay city with gas at $4.19/gallon".. he was able to get the screen back on and gave me a fast charging charger.. witch did not fix the charging issues I was having... told me the screen was non refundable now and there wasn't anything else he could do but offer to sell me a phone that he had available.... now a month later the phone will not read any sim card and I have no service, still does not charge properly when I can get it to charge, The back cover is falling off, antenna hanging out, and the touch don't work on the screen....My phone is now in worse condition now then it was when I took it to be repaired!!! I am beyond disgusted with my experience here!!
