He did NOTHING except argue that it wasn't his problem. BUT ... it was under warranty and he also said it wasn't his responsibility to look any of that up. It would have taken 1 MINUTE to look it up! This is a $4000 computer! He said it was not his responsibility to give advice to those that don't have any knowledge of computers. As a professional, it is definitely a person's responsibility to have integrity and offer the best service possible to your customers!
