It takes so long for prints to come in to the store and so many mistakes. I use to print here pretty often but moved my business to TPH and UPS nearby. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this Staples location today. I went in specifically looking for the Canon PIXMA G620, as I need a photo printer for my small business. The associate I spoke with recommended the Canon G4280 instead. I understand that employees may have different recommendations, but when I explained that I was specifically looking for a printer designed for high-quality photo printing, I did not feel that my needs were being listened to. What was most disappointing, however, was the customer service. The associate was quite rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. I left feeling like I was being pushed toward a product rather than genuinely helped to find the right one for my needs. To make matters worse, when I left, he didn't even say goodbye or acknowledge me. It may seem like a small thing, but after an already unpleasant interaction, it really reflected the overall attitude I experienced. I understand that not every product will be in stock, and that's completely fine. What I expect as a customer is respectful, professional service and someone who is willing to listen and help me find the best option. Unfortunately, I did not receive that today. This is crazy. I've been there four days in a row just to drop off my Amazon returns and every day and every night been in the morning in the afternoon or even a night. They always have an excuse to send us away and they just say that they the system is down they have already shut down the system or something like that every time it's an excuse and it's obviously not the case and also the AC is terrible. This Staples location is decent. I wish it were closer to my home. I tend to visit the clearance items section. This store had mini containers that were perfect for my needs. I have been using salad dressing containers that leak. I have had it with them! These new ones serve my purpose nicely. I also like the cute lemon, pineapple, and other fun badge reels. My local Staples store doesn't have any of them! I bought the pineapple one and am contemplating getting the lemon one for work. This store also has a decent selection of travel items. I bought a three-pack of refillable travel bottles. Again, there seems to be a trend here with my various items that I own leaking. I have a bottle that I fill with facial toner, but it leaks. I gave this product a try and my toner does not leak. Yay! I realize that staff here are trying to be helpful when they ask whether you need any assistance. However, my friend and I were asked that question three times by three different associates within five minutes. Perhaps easing off on that question would be great and you can save your chops! I usually avoid ordering from Staples unless I have to. The store is newly renovated, bright, and modern however there was no indication where the customer service desk was for order pick up. I figured it might be easier to just line up and someone would help me. After waiting in the regular line I was told I should of waited somewhere else for order pick up. A sign indicating where the Customer Service desk would help. Also the CSR did not process my order properly, it's still showing ready for pick up under my Account even though I picked up my order already. read more

Went to the "Print Center" area where they have the photocopiers and printers to get 2 cards laminated. After waiting in a short line I told the guy what I wanted to do and here's why I'm giving them the 5 stars: he was so super helpful and thorough. He recommended that I not laminate one of the cards because it is a library card & he was said there's a chance lamination will invalidate it. Then, when he got to the other card he warned me about how the tape & imperfections on the card would result in a not perfectly flat lamination. He also came back to warn me that the lamination might somehow change the shade of the card's colour (didn't care). And all this for $1.50 transaction? That's when you can tell they're good!!! read more

This is where I go when I need printer paper and stationery. I'm not a big fan of their electronics section as it lacks variety, but I do appreciate the effort. I had a purpose going into Staples, but walked out empty handed. I had no idea how mad expensive Microsoft Office 2007 is!!! UGH! I was however pleased with the customer service. The sales rep assisted me once he was available. He voiced possible reasons why the bf's microsoft office may be locked. He revealed online answers that I had yet to discover. I applaud him for continuing his aid as the non-sale was imminent in my eyes. Sale or no sale, the customer service was still good. read more

I would recommend this exact location. It is close to my house and staff there is very polite and if you need any help they are always ready to help you. It does not feel like they are just trying to sell you. In would say best location I ever been with very professionally trained people. Did not have any issues or arguments at all. I'm so disappointed about one of the personels at the printing center named Jadyn (or Jadie), the asian girl. I've never had any issue with people in this Staples branch and everyone's been so nice until this rude girl made me so upset. wish she gets some advise from her supervisor how to treat and respect costumers rather making them disappointed ! read more
