I had to wait two hours for them to do their job, which wasn't a happy wait...I had to stand in the store during a pandemic with my baby. I called the second time and they said they will get it ready for the end of day (still not fulfilling their end of day guarantee for by 6pm the next day). I didn't get an email to pick up the next day. So they can't be trusted for paying a premium on same day guarantee. And if we don't, I wonder if our order will be forgotten completely.

Now, be prepared, their delivery service is completely awful and an experience I never want to have again and thankfully, I just needed a computer chair. The location does have bathrooms in the back, which is always nice when you are doing a big back-to-school shopping for your family. It is Staples, so the price is what you would expect all around. It's not the cheapest, but it's also not incredibly expensive for your wallet. I've never had an issue with any staff helping me except whoever they use for delivery. They gave me a next day pick up time, they were late I had to wait, and the cutting of the flyer and the finish was less that basic satisfactory. The job would cost $40 with Vistaprint, you get the perfectly cut edges and if they do any mistake they refund you. They had convinced me to open a business account, not worth it! I will do my best to avoid using them for any printing in the future. Stable everything in the store if overrated and expensive when you can find the same at a lower price and same quality elsewhere
