They genuinely care about their clients & providing a good experience. Catarino picked us up at my home in Bakersfield & drove us to San Diego getting us to our departing international flight on time. One week later he was right there waiting to pick us up & drive us back home to Bakersfield. His vehicles are so clean & comfortable. We were all so tired from our travel that it was nice to be able to sleep most of the 4+ hours home while Catarino took care of getting us home safe. He said that my destination required an automatic $25 fee and ask me if I wanted him to drive me back home to drop me off. Since I was going to be late for an appointment I told him just to go ahead and keep driving. After the driver dropped me off I called Azteca cab company to tell them about my experience about the driver not using the fare meter and spoke to Jesse. He told me that no taxi cab companies in Bakersfield California use meters anymore because of the high price of gas and that actually $25 was a very fair price because to go to my destination it would have been much more. After I got back home by Uber I Googled what the city regulations are and discovered that all taxi cabs in Bakersfield are required to use a meter. ​

He not only offered us a very fair price for what turned out to be a four-hour trip home, but he was also friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. Despite the late hour (11 PM to 3 AM) and the long distance, Arturo kept the ride comfortable and safe, and we had a long, engaging conversation that made the time fly. I was already tired from driving earlier in the day, but his professionalism and great company made all the difference.
