It was easy to book online and reserved for two. We used the "waze app" to get there, and we had a hard time finding the location but made it five minutes later. It was busy, but we had a fantastic time. It is a lovely activity, and I highly recommend it. My only complaint is that The painting was supposed to be of the woods with half a tree trunk and half a heart. This way, being a Valentine/Galentines event, the other attendee would make the other half, creating a whole trunk with a whole heart; this didn't happen. We both made our own. Either way, we had a good time. Nice activity for couples and dates or even groups.

The beautiful architecture and open landscaping made for the perfect location and backdrop for our Fall wedding. We also loved, and appreciated, the history and story behind the structure itself. We are not local to the area but working with Oscar leading up to our wedding was extremely easy and left us very care-free. We had regular check-ins with him to ensure everything was progressing as planned. He also offered several helpful suggestions for local retailers that were knowledgable and reliable. Once it go to the week of our wedding, Alvaro was also a great deal of help with finalizing some of those last-minute details. The serving staff were also fantastic. Throughout the evening, they made sure all guests had full glasses and were quick to clear tables when necessary. This was something we were not expecting, resulting in it being a very pleasant surprise. Again, my fiancé (now wife) and I could not have been happier with the beautiful setting that the Los Portales venue provided for our special day. Two suggestions for prospective couples considering having their wedding here: - Request to meet with the day-of coordinator prior to the actual date of your wedding.
