While the facility is clean and the staff is wonderful, I am giving this a 4-star review instead of a 5-star because of a frustrating issue with the dryer timers. ​Whenever you open a dryer door to pull a few items out early, the timer keeps ticking down. You end up losing precious minutes that you paid for while the machine is paused. I have mentioned this before, and I really hope the owner can find a way to remedy this so the timer pauses when the door is opened. ​Aside from that issue, the facility itself is great. It is about two years old, filled with excellent new machines, and kept incredibly clean. I also appreciate that when the owner adjusted the dryers to 10 cents a quarter, he lowered the washing machine prices from $5.75 down to $5.00. Another big plus is the late hours, with the last wash at 8:00 PM and closing at 10:00PM ​The absolute best part of this laundromat is the staff. There are three ladies who work here, including Elena, who opens in the morning. They are the heartbeat of this business and work incredibly hard. ​Recently, the owner seems to have secured a new hotel contract because flatbeds and trucks have been arriving loaded down with massive trailers of dirty laundry. Even though their workload has easily tripled, these three women don't skip a beat. They keep the place spotless--constantly wiping down the machines inside and out, cleaning the dryers, and keeping the floors immaculate--all while being warm and friendly to everyday customers. ​Because the laundromat is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, these ladies are putting in long, demanding days, with Elena often working past her shift to handle the commercial laundry. I truly hope the owner recognizes their dedication under this heavy new workload and rewards them with a well-deserved raise. If you are coming early in the morning (7a-9a), between Dunkin Donuts next door, the traffic will get congested. The bathrooms were not unlocked during the time I was there. There was no attendant to assist but they are currently looking for someone for all shifts! There are not very many places to sit so there isn't a lot of chatter or sense of being over crowded. It isn't a very good value for me so I won't be going back, but if you have the funds to wash clothes at $8.75 a pop, just as well say $10 per wash/dry load.

You walk in and it's very clean and the owner was there when I was last there and he talked to me for a little bit too. Told me how everything works and offered to help me if I needed any assistance. Super good on the customer service tip. It has tons of washers and dryers, obviously. It has a little area that's kind of like a patio. You can sit out under a covered area and wait for clothes. It actually has a little children's place as well so the kids can sit down and play while you wait as well. They have chairs scattered around it so you can find some seating near your washer or dryer machine if you so decide to do that as well. You basically get a card that you put money on. Or you can pay on the app, that's also an option as well. The washer prices start at $4 and some change and go up from there. The dryer prices are about $2.50 or so for 30 minutes. And they're actually really big. So at the end of the day you can fit a lot in one without overstuffing. If you're in the area and have a need for it, this this spot would be pretty good. It's new and still very well kept.

I asked if you could kindly walk me through how it works. He did so it made sense but of course I never carry cash so I had to figure that out. I had to walk to the liquor store around the corner which has an ATM that charges three dollars to withdraw cash no telling what my bank will charge me for that. I used a medium size washer, which came to $4.75 to wash my small load of clothes. I later, I dried it in a medium size dryer, which cost me a 1.25. ( 8 mins for .25). I bet if I didn't have towels it would've been maybe $.50 less. All in all it was a great experience. It didn't take very long roughly about an hour tops. I could've left it and went and ran errands but I figured why waste gas. It gave me time to read over emails and look at a few TikTok videos. I plan to use a different wash and fold service. However, if I do wanna wash something quickly, this is where I'll come because of the kindness. They take their last washing load at 7 PM. They close at nine.
