The meet is touted as 'the world's largest cross country invitational' I hate to admit this but based on the website, I thought it was going to be a complete madhouse but it was so well organized! There is a parking fee (paid on site and in cash) and a per person spectator fee (which you can pay online or in person). My review is two fold- a spectators view and a runners view: Spectator: You're in a huge stadium, and while you can only see the jumbotron, you're basically getting a birdeye view of the race because there are drones and cameras on the course. The sports announcer gives everyone in the arena a play by play so you aren't missing a thing. Runner: My son said the course was nice- a combination of asphalt and trail running. There was plenty of merch available and it wasn't too overpriced. The t-shirts are nice quality. Overall, this is one of the most organized invitationals I've been to. Well done!

I don't think they understand that I am NOT picking up the book because I do not need it. Customers should be able to to process refunds via email or over the phone, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

You will feel like you are with a private tutor. The materials they use are from the company "publisher" who write these exams. So, they hit two birds with one stone. The extra materials I asked for proved helpful for my SAT prep, AP test scores, and even my usual school assignments. My HS2 counselor was extremely supportive and a great guide. When I was at my lowest during quarantine, she didn't make me feel worse for my bad performance. She supported me throughout the experience, and I was able to recover my grades and mental health. All of my questions were answered, and many helpful suggestions were provided. She helped me explore my options, as well as what would be the best fit for me! Many opportunities were opened up to me--some were provided by HS2 directly (such as college courses over the summer, or community service programs) while others were suggested. I would have never thought of asking my neighbors who owned a beauty clinic to ask for a summer internship, or to start my own custom-painted bookmark non-profit. These were all valuable learning experiences for me, and provided the content I needed to paint my personality through my essays. Manager Helen graciously offered to help edit my financial aid appeal to my dream school, which I was accepted into. Without the appeal, I would not have had a chance to even think of attending it due to the financial barrier. Overall, I'm very thankful to have gotten this chance to have HS2's support throughout my high school career, and I look forward to attending my dream college :)

My daughter has so many sweet memories--from the daily classroom activities to the exciting summer events like the petting zoo and hula dancing. Honestly, I'm not sure who looked forward to those more--her or me! I really appreciate that the school is tucked away from busy streets, with private playgrounds that feel safe and secure. The whole campus is always very clean and well-organized, which speaks volumes about how much they care. One of the things I've valued the most is the daily communication. For three years straight, I received updates on how my daughter was doing--whether she napped, how much she ate, and even little notes if her behavior changed.
