I was a customer. They just stopped picking up my garbage. Tried to call to find out what was up and could never get through. The "mailbox is full". I canceled the service and they do not even know it as they cannot be reached. I guess they will find out when they try to bill me again. read more

As a small business owner myself, I try to always use small businesses in the local community. Over the last 10 years I have used this company off and on but have seen service go downhill. The guys on route are great people but I can tell that there is no "management" behind the scenes helping out. Equipment is often poor quality, there is no customer service just a voice mail and they have lost the competitive edge. I chose Main Disposal Service instead and saved money. read more

I have called several times over the last few months and have received no calls back. I know they are getting my messages because they picked up a garbage can because I had requested service to be stopped. I had requested a larger garbage can and they dropped it off at a neighbors BUT they still will not return my calls! I had questions regarding my bill, They won't call. So if you need something don't expect to get a call back. I have been trying for the last three months!! I can not recommend a company that does business like this. Dont do it! Stir clear at all costs! I can't even get in touch with them to cancel my service. They Miss numerous pick up dates. Stole my brand new trash can and replaced it with theirs which had holes in it and falling apart. Garbage man decided to "teach me a lesson" and go through my garbage and only take trash that was bagged. This happen multiple times! Of course they won't answer phones so i can inquire WHY?
