I had blinds installed throughout the house and a gallery shelf hung in my living room. Despite a short round of phone tag, I was finally able to connect with Ryan and he scheduled Brian to come to my house a few days later. Brian was on time, super friendly and very professional (plus he was able to chat about football which made me feel much better about having a stranger in my house.)
