I took 2 coats there to be cleaned and repaired (1, needed a zipper and cleaned 2, needed clean and tears sewn ) .Took me 4 trips - returned both coats for poor cleaning of both coats , poor zipper repair (incompleted) only 1 rip of 3 repaired on other coat . Never been so displeased with a cleaning service before . Will find a cleaners with a tailor service in house and never use this place again . read more

The people at Palmers are great! They really take pride in what they do and want to help everyone.

Took 5 chef coats in on Sunday received a message they were ready to be picked up only to find out they were still dirty with some white substance on them now. Then was told it was my fault because I asked for them to be dry cleaned when they get washed. I don't know how the systems works I've always taken my chef coats in and said dry clean because it's a dry cleaning establishment. I don't know what the system is. Then was told they can re wash them but they won't be ready today or tomorrow and because they didn't catch it but it was too late but was expected to pay the full $50 because they preformed a service and was not caught because they were put in the wrong pile when I brought them in and gave them to the lady that checked me and now have to rewatch them myself. When looking for a solution and stated it didn't seem fair to me to have to pay the full $50 because a service was preformed but my coats were not cleaned and tried to tell me it was from job. Then was hand them with the receipt ripped off and told fine here don't come back. The man was very rude and not helpful with trying to find a better solution just wanted the money and didn't care read more

All in all their services are great. The place is clean and well attended. My wife and I use their wash and fold service and they always do good. There are two attendants that I have experienced. There is a tall gentleman who is super nice and then there's a shorter man who is very rude, Kurt and just basically a jerk. We are going to stop going there just because of him. He knows who he is. read more

I brought a wrinkled evening gown in and asked if they could steam it. They said they could. It was a sort of Grecian styled gown meant to have soft pleating. They did NOT steam it. They pressed it. The pleating was no longer soft pleats but had creases almost 2 feet down onto the skirt. As it is designed to sweep to the side the pleats opened leaving the creases visible and it looked awful. THAT is why I wanted it steamed as the pleats needed to remain falling softly. Any cleaner that does not know the difference between pressing and steaming and would do that to a soft chiffon garment should not be in business. read more

I've taken a few items to Palmers and been satisfied with how clean the items came back, so I have no problem with a general level of service satisfaction. What I do have a problem with is when the lady behind the counter lectures me on how much dog hair I have on a sweater that I've brought in for dry cleaning. Go ahead, read that sentance again. I brought the sweater in for CLEANING. Not an alteration, not a fitting. A cleaning. In my mind, I believe I should be able to bring in a completely filthy disgusting rancid soiled item without so much as a second glance about it. You're a CLEANERS. You CLEAN things, even my sweater with dog hair on it. So, good job on your past performance in cleaning my items that arrived free of pet hair. Bad job on giving me a lecture. Even worse job for trying to sell me one of those fabric rollers, not once, not twice, but three times. I'll look forward to seeing how my sweater comes back, but don't worry, if it needs cleaning again, I'll take it to a lecture-free cleaners in the future. read more

Let me start by saying that I have never written an online review of a store before this one... ever. The experience I had at Palmer's today was by far the best I've ever had from a drycleaners. I found out via email today (midday Sunday) that a company I'm interviewing at asked me to come in tomorrow at 3:00pm. I frantically searched the web for a drycleaners that was open on Sunday - let alone one that could get a full suit drycleaned overnight for Monday morning. Amazingly, Palmer's said it was no problem. Not only that, but when I got there both of the clerks were alerted that I was coming in and knew me by name. It was great, friendly service, an extremely fair price, and they went out of their way to fill my order. I will go back here as often as I can. read more

If you want to spend ur whole paycheck in their dryers then I can suggest doing ur laundry in their matt! Otherwise I would suggest taking the drive to another place to do your laundry...4 times I had to send my clothes through their dryers compared to 2 times at other places! A lot of time and money!!! read more

For two years I've been bringing my winter work coats in for repair. They do exelent work. Very nice people and top notch repairs. Highly recomended. read more

I have no problem with the actual laundromat but I do have a problem with their customer service and being told that allowing us to fold our clothes at a laundromat, mind you, is a courtesy. Also, being yelled at that the laundramat closes at 8;00pm when it was 7:55pm. We will never use this laundromat again. read more
