I don't know if this is a scam to get people to come back to check the balance on their card thinking they can do their laundry and then finding out they can't because nowadays with the way money is and the way people are having a hard time of it there should be a number to call to get your card balance. I have dealt with many card operated laundromats before and this has never been a problem there's usually a number on the back of the card or there's a number on the machine that the person at the laundromat can give you. This is bad business. They don't care whether or not you have to waste time to go down and get your card balance even if you have nothing on your card and barely any gas in your tank just to see if you have enough money to do your laundry. Awful setup!

I went mid morning on a weekday, never saw a person. The have many machines and of the 15 triple load washers, only one was out of order. They have HUGE washers in the back by the dryers, great for sleeping bags and comforters. I am no longer bothered terribly that my washer is taking forever to be repaired.
