First time using, had a pair of pants hemmed. Efficient service. I dropped the pants off on a Wednesday, they were ready the following Monday, $12. There is a 3% fee if you use a credit card. I meant to talk about this place sooner, but there isn't much to say really. I was in search for a reliable dry cleaners and found one after minimal searching on Yelp. It turns out....all the local buzz is true. Fairly decent prices with a pretty quick turn around, I handed in my two suits and shirt on a Tuesday and they were pressed and cleaned by Friday. Starch options are available (which, of course, I opted out of), and the place accepts tap-to-pay. I imagine that means I could have used Apple Pay, but the guy had the POS thingie facing him. And since I don't usually feel comfortable handing strangers my phone, I settled for just using my CashApp card. By the way, the guy who runs the place seems nice. We didn't exchange many words, but he seems approachable enough. If I ever need alterations done, I will more than likely return here. Locating them the first time was a bit weird. Because it's like...the entrance to the parking lot they're in is...recessed (?) a bit. Dunno if I'm explaining this right. But unless you've been here before, it takes some getting used to. Overall, this is the dry cleaners I'd recommend to most Nashua folks. And they really do have....the Magic Touch (I'm here all week)! Came here to get my dress altered and dry cleaned and when I picked it up it looked good as new! I wore it to 2 weddings this year and after the first my dress had stains because it was raining and the ceremony was on a football field so you can imagine. This is a little gem of a place for tailoring. The couple there are very polite and friendly. They have a little "room" where you can change to try on your clothes. I've been taking my dry cleaning to Magic Touch Cleaners for over 15 years. They do a great job and are very fairly priced. I just had to get a bridesmaids dress altered and didn't have a place to go so I brought it to Magic Touch Cleaners. The dress was more than two sizes too big and they did a great job! I gave my dress for dry cleaning. The dress was hand made and had a button coming off. I did tell them to stitch the button and they said to do it. When i went back to get my dress, I was shocked to see the velvet fabric all torn on the collar, sleeves, and pockets. The dress had black velvet lining on the collar, sleeves, pocket and on the button line. The entire fabric was torn. I showed them and they said they can't help, it was a problem with the dress and the fabric. I've had the same dress dry cleaned other place without any issues. They used some really cheap way of cleaning, that damages the clothes. The dress was for 600$ and now it's of no use. They would not reimburse me for the dress, since she said that they are not responsible for damages to clothes. Oh C'mon you guys are cleaning..you better be responsible. Would never recommend this place...I am so pissed with them wish i had a way so sue for the damage. Not at all a creditable business. Take you dry cleaning somewhere else, even if it means paying couple of bucks of more. I regret going to them.. read more

Attentive, quality-oriented, honest-as-the-day-is-long, and fairly priced. We have been going to Magic Touch for many years, and been satisfied with both the previous owner, but especially with the new team. All reviews from 2014 and before occurred under the previous owner. Lots of great things to say; as others have noted, lost buttons that Magic Touch notices (you don't have to tell them) just get replaced..... no extra charge... they don't even tell you they did it, they just DO IT! (I think Magic Touch should tell customers, so they understand the level of service and attention they are getting). You know those buttons (like the small ones for button down collars) that after too many dry cleaning cycles just seem one day to just disintegrate while you're trying to button them? Well, I'm not sure what kind of TLC they apply to my dress shirts (I wear one every day) but I've noticed virtually zero worn/crumbled on the edges/disintegrating buttons even on shirts that have been dry cleaned more than I care to admit. Not sure what they do differently but this is the first dry cleaner I have ever used where that problem has stopped completely. Honest to a fault. I have frequently left cash (sometimes a few one's but once up to $240 of fresh ATM cash) in my pockets. They check all pockets before cleaning things and have returned pens, credit cards, business cards etc and especially cash. Not sure if I was making other dry cleaners wealthy and didn't know it, but these guys have found, protected and returned money from my clothes at LEAST 3-4 times in the last couple of years. We use them mostly for men's pants, shirts and suits, and women's blouses, pants, dresses and suits but they do other things too, like leather boots and jackets, and rug cleaning (in those cases they have a vendor they send it out to). They don't advertise it but because they dry clean onsite, upon request they have been able to do rush work in one day (try not to abuse it). I have been late getting home from work in MA when I knew I needed something for the next day and was going to miss their 7PM closing time, and with a quick call they have stayed late past closing time to wait for me (one time until 730PM). They never complain or grumble or make you feel bad for asking. One last thing.... I see MANY people bringing in their dry cleaning in laundry bags that have the names of OTHER dry cleaners (Zoots and a number of others).... what does that tell you? Yup.... read more

I have been a customer of Magic Touch for many years and always happy with the service provided but this Saturday Ho Lee showed himself to be just plain awesome. It was 5:15 pm. I thought I might be too late. I know they close at 5:00 pm and it was Saturday, but I figured I would just give it a try. I pulled up, the lights were off so I figured I missed them. As I was pulling out I saw Ho waving me down from his mini-van in my rear view mirror, so I pulled back into the parking spot. Ho opened up and got my clothes for me. He saw me pull up as he was leaving so he turned around to help me. (I did not see him.) Now that is just plain awesome! Not only do they do great work! My clothes are regularly creased, buttons replaced, and long sleeve shirts turned into short sleeve when appropriate. You should use them! read more

With new ownership recently taking over, this is the best dry cleaner in town. EVERYTHING is done perfectly and is always ready on time. Attention to detail is really important to me especially when it comes to my business attire and getting my clothes back both crisp and lint-free is a must. Magic Touch accomplishes that with each piece (no redo's required). I couldn't be more pleased with their service to the point that I've stopped going to other dry cleaners, in town and near work.
