Mandy Jo performed the lash lift/tint and my lashes turned out amazing. My lashes really pop out now, all while staying natural because they're my real lashes! As for the environment, it was clean and hygienic-- the things you should want in any service place. She made me really nervous when she said she had to dry staighten my hair just to see it so she could cut it. I wish I would not of tipped her, but I really like the owner. Otherwise I would not of. My hair was very uneven and the way she styled it looked horrible, never once asked how I would like it styled or does this style work for me. I had several people comment on how uneven my hair was, I just wanted to cry. What made me the maddest besides my hair being uneven, is I had to go someplace else to get my hair evened out. It is a very clean salon and the Stylists are all very good. I like to sit and watch other people get their hair done. You can't go wrong seeing any Stylist there. You can't see Blue as she is having a baby and taking time for her newborn . It is a great place to sit and relax and allow the Stylist work their magic.

I got my hair cut and when I explained to Morgan, the girl who cut my hair, that I cover my head for religious reasons she didn't even blink! I was treated with great respect and care! Then when I told her I am allergic to lavender she inspected every bottle to find what she needed that didn't have lavender. Additionally, it was my mates birthday and so I treated her to a pedicure and they helped me to make it extra special to celebrate her! Lastly, due to my health issues I can only my use clean products, they only use Aveda products for hair and skin, and they use Dazzle Dry nail varnish, which has no toxic chemicals! Lexi the nail tech at 425 & company really disappoints because she is the one who has told an old client of hers those things while doing her nails. The reason behind this is due to her not scheduling all her clients accordingly and not being clear about her policies. Lexi got upset at a client because the nail design was "too difficult" and she wouldn't have enough time but was already late with the client before, and Ive even seen a similar design on other clients in the past as well. Not only did she rush this client, not do any design, and tell her to prep her own nails next time but she even went out of her way weeks after saying these things to her and doing her nails and blocked her. Not only that but I've also gotten my nails done by her and it was decent she also claimed she couldn't even do an oval French tip because the polish brush was "too big" while the detailing brushes were right on her desk. No polish or anything. I told him to get all of the discoloration and lifted corners off. Of course he did not so I asked him to do it again, still didn't get it all off. I told him not to file the sidewall, which he tried to do anyway twice until I pulled my hand away. I told him to fill with pink powder when I saw him grab clear, because last time he put pink powder on. He came out with some pink handmade liquid and clear powder. I insisted he get the pink powder and he said no it's the same thing. So he put the clear powder with pink liquid on my nail. Not only can you see dirt that was under the lifted corners, you can see where every single bubble was that lifted. You can see the difference between the new acrylic and old because he used to completely different kinds. He didn't file underneath the nail but instead shoved more super glue under my fingernails, at the tip. It is bumpy and not smooth, they use the most minimal amount of material so if you don't want them paper thin you have to pay extra. Just completely subpar job all the way around. Actually I would rate it less than subpar. I left with nails looking like I have nail fungus building up underneath my acrylic because of the lack of attention to detail before filling. I am utterly shocked at how bad of a job and how many things went wrong in one appointment. This shows why even a year ago they were rated at 4.9 and they are now down to between a 1.9 and a 3.4 depending on the site. Do not waste your money.

First, the salon didn't even bother stocking white polish, so I couldn't get French tips that I get every time I go. Then the tech didn't say a word the whole time I was there. I got a simple clear coat gel manicure and this is the garbage I got. No idea what shape she was going for but some parts looked chewed in the corners (she twisted the clippers to break off the nail instead of getting clean clips) and other nails had sharp corners. When I mentioned the Polish under my nails and on my skin, she looked and said she didn't see anything, then gave me a discount and sent me on my way. My nails weren't dry when she sent me off and when she pushed my cuticles back she didn't even bother trimming off the excess. Pretty bad experience and I tore the gel off in less than 24hrs because it was so ugly- you get what you pay for I guess, so though I used to love going there to get my nails done, I will now be going elsewhere.
