It's the holidays so of course you want your nails looking nice! Where to go though? Go here! Their store is very nicely decorated and definitely gives that vibe you want when getting your nails done. They do take walk-ins so that was very nice as well. Also, they make sure to stay within your budget if you're on one! The people who did my nails were very polite and professional and they do their very best to have you looking your very best! This was the WORST pedicure I have ever gotten! I got a spa pedicure with gel. Not only did he not actually rub my feet (only aggressively rubbed my shins) but the whole pedicure process was like 10 minutes long. The gel polish is lumpy and on my cuticles and skin and the shape of the nails looks awful. Also, the prices on the website are NOT the same as in the salon. I paid $75 for a 10 minute pedicure which is outrageous to me. I will never go back to this salon. read more

Went in looking for prices first, got helped with that exactly by the wonderful nice receptionist ( my apologies i forgot her name) she was very helpful...then after i was pleased by the pricing, I signed in and was seated pretty quickly (got there about 30mins after they opened on a Thursday). I got seated with Mr.Alex, I showed him a picture of what i was more less wanting- a nude color natural look. I trusted his process and he did NOT Disappoint!! Normally I just grow out my nails but long story short- 4 broke and had to trim them all down and i just felt Blah without my nails, Im not saying i wont grow my nails back out but i know who i NEED to get my nails done by if ever i have to step foot back into a nail salon again! thank you Mr.Alex! read more

Horrible added extra charges of service needs education with customers set was bad I was cut and came back to get refunded as she told me to come in refused asked for management nothing so I call tdlr and she gave me a number to a manager no answer now it's just going to voice mail I should have walk out when others had issues but it was already late do not waste your money are time not clean had 3 people on me abs I was still here 3.5 hours for basically nothing I wouldn't recommend to the dog pound read more

i honestly would rate this business 0 stars if I could. I went in at around 6:00 PM on Saturday to get my nails done. I called around 5:30 to inform them and let them know I was coming and that I wanted fake nails. I was informed that it would cost $40 and I was like "great! I can afford that!". Came in and I told them I called them and that I wanted fake nails. I was seated and the guy began to put everything on without asking me what color I wanted. It wasn't until my boyfriend said something that I picked a color. I've had my nails done before and it was never painful but this time it was so painful that I teared up. I made noises like "ow" or wincing to let him know that he was hurting me but he didn't stop. Finally he finishes my nails and I go to pay and he tells me that it's going to cost me $75 ! I was livid and said that I was told over the phone it would cost $40 to which he told me that it cost extra because I got them painted and he put gel on. First of all, I wasn't given an option he just grabbed the color and said "gel" which I thought he was asking if it was the right color so I nodded and he began painting. My nails look terrible, some are thicker than others and separating from the nail already (it's only been 5 days) and my thumb nails hurt so bad. I went back later to the manager to express my grievances about how I was over charged and she told me that I couldn't get back my $30, that I should've known it would've costed extra just for any paint and that I could get my nails fixed. Why would I want to get my nails fixed from a place that already messed my nails up AND overcharged me. I got them fixed the first time, I went back to my car and realized they messed it up more than originally. So I went back in to get it fixed. They still look terrible but I don't want to keep dealing with them. But for $75 dollars you can get terrible looking fake nails if that's what you're into. read more
