I am from out of town and chose this salon because of the reviews. Not sure why it's gets the reviews honestly. The lady who did my pedicure was rough. She kept asking is I was alright because I kept flinching because she was hurting me. Not the relaxing experience you want in a pedicure. Then I get home and I can see my old polish through the new polish. She didn't even take it all off. I paid $55 and it wasn't worth half of it. read more

She took her time. V was my manicurist and pedicurist. Great massage chair. Nice massage of hands, arms, feet and legs with different lotions, to go along with the pedicure and the manicure. If I lived in Waco, I would be a regular. I pointed out that I had a split nail that was below the quick. I first want to say I've been coming here for a long time and had nothing but a great experience. Yesterday I went in for a pedicure. It's been about 6 weeks and my feet needed some attention. Linda gave me the deluxe lavender pedicure. I did come in about 5:45. They close at 7. She went to town on my nails and then started the cheese grater on my foot. At home point I jumped and told the gal next to me that it hurt! She kept going at it rinsing and going on to the paraffin Wax. I usually love that but it felt like it was scalding the bottom of my foot! She started talking to John in Vietnamese something I have rarely seen in all my visits there and one reason I prefer their shop - because they speak English and I don't have to feel like they are talking about me. Anyway we finished up and I got out of the chair to bear weight and my left foot hurt! I winced in pain and she said, "oh you good to go! No more calluses." I didn't know I had any? I got home and took off my sandal and found my foot bloody. I am so disappointed. I am heading to be beach tomorrow and doubt I will be able to wear flip flops or sandals due to infection risk. My sister & I were in town and we found this place on yelp. It's a little hard to get to and the neighborhood is a little ghetto but I think It was worth it. The staff was very friendly and we didn't have to wait too long. The lady was doing mine and my sisters nails at the same time!!! One of the gel manicure lamps wasn't working right so she had to re-do my polish but it wasn't a big deal. She was funny :). Nice conversation with my tech Annabelle. She was so sweet. She was so detailed in the work she did on both mani & pedi The basic pedi was $25 but for just $10 more I got all kinds of pampering extras. Shilac nails are perfect too! Great salon. I come here for my usual pedicures and manicures. The staff is hilarious and friendly. The first thing they do when you walk through the door is give you a water bottle. I try to go when they open up the shop so it won't be busy. The calf and foot massages are the main reason why I go in for their pedicures. They're the most sanitary nail salon I've been to while I've lived here in Waco. They always open up their instruments in front of me. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they rushed me out the last time I went. It wasn't busy when I got there but a group of five came in for pedicures and my lady began to rush. She only put one layer of nail polish and didn't bother putting a top coat. The nail polish began chipping about two days later. read more

Absolutely amazing! I'm very picky about my nails and they did an absolutely amazing job! Not only are they amazing at nails but the employees are so kind and very hospitable; I hadn't been there but five minutes and they already offered me a water. They are also very well priced, much cheaper than my salon back home in Houston. The store was very clean and beautiful; looks slightly sketchy on the outside but the inside is very classy. So for Valentine's Day I convinced my husband to get a pedicure with me. Two days later he has pus coming out of the sides of both his big toenails and they're already showing signs of being ingrown!! I feel horrible because I am the whole reason he agreed to do it in the first place. The lady that did my nails was good, however, the chair I was in did not work properly. Instead of moving me to another one (we were the only two there) she just kept trying to make it work. I started going here off and on a year ago and was overall pleased with it, but from the looks of things they are not maintaining equipment. The experience was not a spa experience. I got the gel manicure and gel pedicure. I was hoping for a spa experience but this was not offered. The tech that did my pedicure complained about the color I picked being hard to work with because "to much glitter". Then she complained that my toenails were to small. Also during the pedicure the tech that did my nails was involved in a long conversation with the tech next too her, I found this very annoying. super disappointing mani-pedi with my out of town MIL today. The staff seemed preoccupied and disinterested in us. My pedi was actually pretty good, but the gal dug and dug into my toe corners causing me to say "ouch" and wince multiple times. It's still hurting 12 hours later. The mani is received was the new "gelous" powder they were advertising. Beware:it takes FOREVER to apply and you'll receive no massage (which is my favorite part). Bottom line: I won't be going back. MUST READ. HORRIBLE. Wanted a side face wax and the lady said they couldn't do that and I had to pay for a full face wax... Which didn't make sense. Should have walked out but I was on a time crunch. So, I said ok. She waxed my face and gave me a mirror to inspect it. As I was inspecting, I notice my chin was extremely red and looking closer, she burnt my skin off. I proceeded to let her know. She said it's just my skin, it's just red. Of course, right? Wrong, it wasn't just red. My skin was burnt. I told her I was unhappy and she proceeded to talk in Vietnamese to her fellow coworkers about the situation, I assumed. The manager came up to me and said he didn't see the burn. How horrible of him to lie just so I can pay for the service. I ended up paying. After walking out, I sat in my car looking at my burnt chin as I needed to be at a bachelorette party the next day. I drove off thinking to myself, how nice I was about the situation and just got taken advantage of. I called and asked for a refund. They said they couldn't do that since I paid for the service already...Which is utter BS. I demanded a refund and told them what they did was wrong and should not have lied to me it wasn't burnt and they could not see anything and even charged me for their mistake. I told them I was driving back for my money. When I got there some random worker came up to my face and took a picture of me. I asked what that was for. The manager told me he was going to send it to all the nail salons in Waco to not service me. I could not believe this. I've never dealt with such horrendous customer service. I was really disappointed with my experience at Nail Seasons. I went in there showing them a picture of exactly what I wanted and asked ahead of time what it would cost me. ($22 for Acrylics + $3 for design). When I went to pay, the man charged me $40. He said he gave me the solar nails which change color in the sun. I tried explaining to him that I didn't want the solar nails and was upset that I was being charged nearly double what I intended and he just apologized and proceeded to take my card. I was extremely upset and asked to speak to the owner, and he said he was the owner. Not only did he overcharge me, but he cut me 3 different times and would not change my nails after I went in the next day upset about the way they looked. Apparently Solar Nails turn pink in the sun. While that may sound great, having bright pink nails when you wanted white, is not fun when you paid $40 for it. I know this may sound harsh, and I usually never write reviews, but this was one of the worst nail salons I've ever been to. read more

I love this place. The workers do an amazing job and make sure the nails are done correctly. They also have the best customer service in Waco. Only problem is they are super busy on Fridays and Saturdays. I am taking off a star because they need more workers. It can take an hour to an hour and a half to be seen. read more

Best nail salon ever! I have gone to many shops in hawaii and needed a fill while visiting in Waco. My friend brought me here and am so happy she did. My technician Vy took her time to shape, cut down, and fill my nails. No bubbles and made sure it was exactly how I wanted it. This was the worst experience in pedicures I have ever had. I had been given a gift certificate for my birthday, went in, waited some time to be seen and was brought back for my pedi. Then I was left over 45 minutes, while I watched person after person being seen and taken care of. Finally my tech comes, apologizes that she forgot about me. She proceeds, then leaves me for ten minutes. Comes back works again, then said she will be right back. I waited 15 minutes, washed off my feet threw the gift certificate down on her chair.
