Me: (as he is starting to clean area but not where normally placed) That's not where I usually get the shot ..which always works and im able to kayak and assume normal activities the next day ". Two days later I call office and tell them to note that exchange in my chart as it didn't seem to help.. called 2 weeks later. Still no help and then I got a bill. Please pay 165 to us for the shot.
