It's so unfortunate that due to the staff in Dr. Manning's satellite office in Nashville, I have…read moredecided to switch primary care physicians after being with him for a year. I was treated so poorly by both receptionists - after calling three times to reschedule an appointment they cancelled on me. I arrived at their office for my rescheduled appointment, for them to tell me it had once again been cancelled. I was never notified, and even showed them my cell phone record to prove I never had a missed call nor incoming call from their office. They proceeded to say "I have an iPhone too and know how to delete calls but thanks." They said they called me and cancelled - and said the same thing to another girl that walked in behind me. Coincidence? I think not. At this point it had been two weeks my prescriptions were out and I clearly never was nor would have been a high priority. I highly suggest that you take the time to look into a better primary care physician in your area. After this train wreck of an incident, I had NO problem getting an appointment with Dr. Jackson down the road who was an absolute saint and got me squared away. I hate leaving such negativity but was so flabbergasted by the way I was treated and hope to help others avoid this situation in the future.

We love Dr. Crawford at this Children's Clinic which is closer to where we live. We chose this one because of its affiliation with the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. When this clinic is closed, their sister clinic in Springfield isn't too far away. We can see Dr. Crawford at that clinic also. We checked in ten minutes before his appointment time. After filling out the questionnaire on their touchpad, we went to sit in the Well waiting room. Just a few minutes later, the nurse called baby's name. Weighed baby (on the big scale for his first time), then proceeded to a room. It was comfortable (not too cold not too warm) and smelled clean. (Benefits of being the first appointment of the day!) The nurse was nice and friendly. Baby seemed to not mind being measured by her. He didn't enjoy being on his back, but what active baby or toddler does! Waiting for the doctor to come in wasn't too long. She arrived smiling and upbeat as usual. That always makes me forget about any wait. Baby was very receptive to having his vitals checked by his doctor. I held him, so he would feel safe. I loved how excited Dr. Crawford was to show us his growth charts...and compliment on baby's rapid growth this year. She answers all of my questions thoroughly and puts me (first-time mom here) at ease. I think it helps that she has a little one at home also. The struggle is very real. I highly recommend her!

Ok so I don't want to give this place a good review and have too many people for us to get books…read morewhen we need It. This place took us in and got us taken care of after several years of negative experiences with another provider. I credit this practice with helping to enhance my child's quality of life. They ran new tests and got a correct diagnosis, allowing us to get proper treatment and progress immediately. The folks up front are really pleasant and make this place run efficiently. If I move an hour away I'll probably still make the drive.
