Both are great and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. My 1st visit was my evaluation and to set up the treatment plan. It lasted about 45 mins and I had a clear understanding of what the goals were. They set up a few exercises and changed them throughout the duration of my treatment to meet each new goal. Each visit was about 45mins to 1 hour. This location has a great patient care service and they work with you and your schedule. They require the mask and offer you one if you don't have one. They also have a hand sanitizer station at the entrance. They keep the place clean between each patient and they had limited amount of patient during each time slot. They also offer virtual appointments if you don't feel comfortable or are unable to come in. I surely hope I or anyone needs them but I know if I do, I'm definitely coming back to this group. While doing PT on a table an employee, Faith, started spraying disinfectant on the table next to…read moreme. The spray even got my face wet. I told her I was very sensitive to smells and especially cleaners make it hard to breathe. The next week I am doing PT in a chair and Faith sprays the table next to me. While this time my face didn't get wet I did inhale the fumes. There was no warning this was going to happen. I called the office 866-800-9147 and explained my problem. I was assured someone would advise them to not use cleaners in the same area I was doing PT. I go for PT that afternoon and the same thing happens. This time a different therapist named Lori had me doing PT in a chair and started spraying the table next to my face. If these sprays are disinfectants then they are certainly toxic to inhale. I find it very inconsiderate of this company not to help me out with this problem!
